I have been coming to Dharma for about 5 years. The food was really good a few years ago but now it is overpriced and bland. The quality control is also horrible. Sometimes I get large pieces of the fried chicken and sometimes the pieces are so tiny. I once waited 20 minutes for a side of to-go Mac and cheese that the employee said would take 5 min. The bakery inside Market on South called Valhalla Bakery is amazing and I continue to get dessert from them.

Fun dessert case and tasty comfort food - Edit
Every now and then, comfort food hits the spot. We tried a few different sandwiches and the KFC bowl with mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and fried chicken. Everybody enjoyed their meals and we took a ton of desserts to go for a party the next day. We’ll be back!

I visited here while in Orlando. I tried one of the bowls, it was pretty good. The biscuit was extremely hard could barely bit it. Overall not bad and would eat here again.

I ordered about an hour earlier than our planned mealtime based on reviews about long waits, but it turned out to be unnecessary, as my order (2 hot dogs, burgers, and sides) was ready for pickup in about 20 minutes, so by the time I arrived the food wasn’t quite as warm as you’d like - but it was still absolutely delicious! My brother isn’t vegan, but he still thought the food was fantastic. We particularly liked the hot dogs - and the Valhalla Bakery Yolo cookie was BANGIN’! I regret not being able to eat more! Be aware that the options for online ordering Valhalla deserts doesn’t reflect what they have in store, so there were tons of delicious looking sweets available in person.

I’ve eaten here/ had take out several times, and it’s always hit and miss. It’s small and gets crowded really quick. The last time I ate here, we sat outside as there were no seats left inside, and I’m pretty sure they forgot about us. Took well over an hour to get our food, and it was cold and clearly sat for a while. If you do delivery, it’s the same way, you will have to reheat. That being said, if you catch it on a slower weekday, it’s wonderful and everything you’d ever want in a meal. Just depends what time you go I guess.

This place is so good! The Nashville hawt chick'n sandwich is probably my favorite thing on the menu. It's a little spicy but it's very good. The other things on the menu are good as well but I find the portions can be a little small. I think the Nashville sandwich is the most filling out of everything. The staff are also all very nice too.

this is definitely one of the best vegan restaurants I have ever been to. The Nashville Hot sandwich was crispy and juicy and even reminded me of a chick fil à sandwich. Thé DFC bowl is great if you want to try the chicken with multiple sides. The hot dogs are also worth a try.

Read moreThe restaurant is a little unassuming and off a busy road, but once you're inside it's very cozy and the staff are absolutely lovely. I had biscuits and gravy and it was simply divine.
They also sell a fun assortment of vegan products like soaps, handmade jewelry and clothing.

I absolutely love this place. My first time here was so exceptional we went back again the next night! Since then no trip to Orlando is complete without a visit to Dharma. Also, I’m sure to tell anyone and everyone who says they’re going to be in Orlando that they simply must try this place. It’s that good. I order the fried green tomato sandwich every time because I can’t not. The Carolina bbq jackfruit has an otherworldly cola reduction, and the first time I was here my friend insisted we split the kale salad, which I (wrongly) assumed would be like any other kale salad, and my mind was instantly blown. This is one of my most favorite vegan spots in the world and if you check out my profile, you’ll see I’ve been to many. Don’t skip this one.

I had the DFC bowl. The vegan chicken had the best texture I’ve ever had. Everything was flavorful and delicious. I didn’t get any dessert, but they had a nice selection. The space is kind of run down, but don’t let the atmosphere stop you from eating here!
