Best local curry in Marissa - Edit
I would give 5 stars but won’t let me. I’m going off my experience here and let me tell you I’ve been in Sri Lanka for 2 weeks now and this is the best local curry I have had so far. All plant based curry buffet, all you can eat for only 400 rupees. They even serve soya chunks!! Food tastes absolutely amazing and authentic!! If your looking for local delicious Sri Lankan food cooked my Sri Lankan locals this is the place to be

Wanted to give 5 stars but app won't let me - Edit
All buffet was vegan for lunch. We had 7 dishes rice for 400 rupees all you can eat. One of the dishes today was soya meat and the other jackfruit curry. Great quality and so flavorful. Definitely worth a visit if you come to Mirissa or if you're around.

Small restaurant by the street but easy to find! The buffet had lots of delicious options and the owner tells you about the food while you pick your plate!

A bit hard to find because the location of HappyCow is not correct. You have to walk approx. 50 meters further down the road.
Read moreThe friendly women explained that all curries are made with coconut milk and all ingredients are vegan. I don't know if this is always the case. The food was fresh, tasteful and you can take as much as you want. We only had to pay LKR 1,000 (€5,-) for diner and drinks for two persons.
Highly recommended when in Mirissa!

Delicious and cheap! - Edit
Amazing curry buffet for only 400 rupees. Food was so tasty and just the right amount of spice. Down a side street and off the main road, so it's a nice quiet place for dinner.

We’ve been in Sri Lanka for a month and have eaten here about 10 times (basically whenever we’re staying close by)... sometimes even twice in one day. You won’t find a more delicious or cheaper meal anywhere else.

Great Vegan Curry Buffet - Edit
A very cool, authentic Sri Lankan place, just off the Main road in Mirissa. Delicious food (most of which Vegan) & juices for a really fair price. I went up for seconds. Nice, friendly staff too.

All you can eat curry for Rs400! Food was delicious, and staff informed me that all curry was vegan (but triple check when you're there). This is their new location, inside of another restaurant with a different menu (which may contain meat).
