Hotdog was tasty, nice bread and well seasoned sausage. They know what vegan means and separate the sausage on the grill.
Read moreIt's a bit sad that in order to make the Hotdog vegan, they just leave the remoulade out of the vegetarian variant. Would be even better and more "danish" if they had a substitute.
Overall would recommend for a fast and convenient snack, which is not too expensive.
Pros: Clearly labeled vegan choice, Separated sausages on the grill
Cons: No vegan substitute for remoulade

Zwischendurch was kleines zum Essen. Es gibt eine vegane Option, mit ner gut gewürzten Tofuwurst. Ich habe die in ein klassischen Brot mit Senf und Ketchup, sowie Gurken und rostzwiebeln gehabt. Aber man kann dort viel variieren.

Surprisingly good tofu hotdog. Was nice to not have mock meat for a change. The crispy shallots and mustard were really good! The bread was much better than usual hotdogs. Highly recommend. Tried the roots option which was also good.

I really appreciate that I could try the typical Danish snack in a vegan version, but it wasn't great. The bun tastes of nothing, and the vegan sausage isn't among the best sausages I had as well. Still, a good option to have a quick bite, it is in the shopping district next to rundetaarn (the round tower). And for Denmark, it is quite cheap (approx 5€ for a hotdog).

Didn‘t have a hot dog in a while... - Edit
So, the tofu sausage is ok, not very meaty or tasting like meat but with the sauces and sides very enjoyable. Shared another hot dog (Danish style) with my partner and this time the tofu sausage tasted better (first time, the sausage was a bit dried-out on the outside, the second time it was juicier).
