Super fast service and great pasta! - Edit
Cutw tiny little place down a side street. We received our food within about 3 minutes of ordering, stayed nice and hot as we walked to San Marco Square to eat. Beautiful pasta!

Fresh pasta, friendly staff - Edit
This tiny place offers freshly made pasta with a Neapolitan vegan sauce. You can also add olives, mushrooms, garlic and chilli flakes. Pasta is excellent, and the owner is super nice and friendly. You can eat on the spot, even though there are no seatings.

Yes there is only 1 vegan sauce but it’s fantastic! The pasta is amazing and the owner really knows what is vegan and what isn’t he even helped make recommendations of add ins that I could have. When we got into the shop it had been raining and we were drenched so he got us paper towels to dry off some which was so helpful!

Sat down at Rossopomodoro and saw it would be $12 for spaghetti with tomato, so my sister and I headed here instead. I got the vegan sauce (still a red sauce) but it was delicious! I added mushrooms and chili flakes, I think the total was $8. $20 for us both with two drinks. Good place to stop, as long as you’re still in the mood for pasta ;)

Yes, only one vegan option with the sauce, but more than willing to adapt with olives or mushrooms etc. Very courteous host. A belly-full of hot pasta with sauce for £6 or so within a stone’s throw of San Marco Square - what more do you want?

Good service and good pasta. For 6 EUR you get the vegan cup and an extra 1 EUR grants you a very good mushroom topping. Pasta sauce is amazing!
Read moreAlthough lovely, there is a similar shop called «Pasta & pasta» not too far away (40 seconds) that has an accidentaly vegan pasta cup (Pomodoro) aswell, for 5 EUR (with mushroom topping 0,50 eur). If you want to save an extra euro.

The vegan pasta was delicious - hot and fresh. I added mushrooms (which was a selection of mixed mushrooms) and chilli to mine. The vegan option was clearly labelled on the menu. Be aware there is another “pasta to go” place close by which has no vegan options. I mistakenly ended up there last night. Make sure you get the right one - there is always a bit of a line outside of Dal Moros but they serve quick and the food is piping hot.

I have never in favor of pasta in a box (usually it's too cooked and quite bad) but the pasta at Dal Moro's where nicely cooked and the sauce tasty. Perfect place for a lunch on the go in the center of Venice.

The person working there today told me that NONE of the sauces are vegan. Even the pomodoro sauce is cooked with butter. This obviously contradicts several of the earlier reviews, and I certainly hope she was misinformed, but she sounded quite sure. Just a heads up everyone!

You've probably been to the copy of our pasta factory located on the main street or to another restaurant because we don't have POMODORO sauce in our menu. We offer NAPOLETANA sauce for our vegan friends which are made with tomato sauce, fresh basil, garlic powder, oregano and black pepper. None of our sauces is cooked with butter. Also, I spoke personally with each member of our team and none of them told anyone that we don't have vegan sauces.
Many tourists confuse us with our competitors because they copied almost exactly everything that we do even part of the name and by mistake, customers write negative reviews for us and still upload photos that are for the wrong locations.
We hope we will see you at Dal Moro's in Venice for the first time soon!
We are located in a small building and that doesn't stop us from offering to all the customers a warmly welcome and fresh and tasty pasta, made with passion and high-quality ingredients!

The staff here are amazing and know exactly how to make the vegan option taste incredible. The pasta is super filling and authentic. Add mushrooms and olives for sure! They also make sure you don’t picnic with your food as this is punishable by law in Venice. Worth the visit!

For types of their pasta were vegan. Two official sauces on the menu are also vegan—pomodoro and vegetable. They also have a bunch of vegan add ins for €0.50, like olives and mushrooms. It took about 7-8 minutes to complete my order. The pasta is delicious!

The pasta does NOT contain egg, as confirmed by the owner and allergen listings on April 5, 2019. The menu also clearly marks the vegan option as vegan (pomodoro) and the owner was very happy to help us add veggies and garlic to the pasta to jazz it up. He also was eager to cater to vegans and offer options. Our pasta was so delicious we went back ten minutes later for a second one! Fast and friendly service and a great location right off of St Mark’s.

Tasty pasta for a good price in Venice - Edit
We were looking for Dal Moro's because of the reviews. Fresh Pasta to go isn't where the pin on the map shows it, it is just around the corner (where the people are standing😉). There is one vegan sauce that you can upgrade witch chili or garlic. Pasta is without eggs and very tasty (best one we ate in Venice during five days). Friendly staff and nearby Piazza San Marco. We went there twice. Staff is very friendly.

Staff were super friendly and service quick which was welcome given the long line we faced when we got there (although we took that as a good sign!). Only 1 vegan option (pomodoro) but this could be ‘pimped’ with some addition mushrooms/ olives for an extra 50 cent. Good options for a mixed group!

I asked and they confirmed that their pasta pomodoro is in fact vegan and it is labeled as such on their menu as well. The staff is quite helpful and speak great English. The serving is quite generous and left me full and satisfied. I added mushrooms to mine as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cheaper food option.
