I tried the vegan currywurst for fun as it’s something you won’t find other places. It’s cheap and okay to try, but basicly just a vegan hotdog soaked in ketchup and spices! Good location.

Vegan currywurst and bratwurst with friendly stall owners/workers. We are used to paying more at “opportunist” locations so this was a pleasant surprise. Self-serve ketchup and mustard. Note - their mayo is not vegan - it is labeled. It is located diagonal to the Topography of Terror exhibits.

Read moreThough the vegan "wurst" tasted better than it looked they did not have any vegan mayo which for me lowers the rating as it is really common in Germany to eat fries with mayo. They also used peanut oil for frying which is a bit problematic for people that are allergic.
Overall an OK wurst and good curry ketchup, but there are much better places to eat a vegan curry "wurst" in Berlin.

After all of the positive reviews here I really wanted to give this a try, especially since I am living so close at the moment. Perhaps it was because it was later in the day, or the Currywurst had been out for a while, but I was not impressed. In the moment I said it tasted like I imagine a 7-11 hotdog to taste... rubbery and bland. The texture just wasn't pleasing at all. The sauce was good, the service was friendly, but I'm not sure I'd give it another try.

As somebody who isn’t a fan of Linda’s or quorn sausage I was a bit apprehensive about trying this (never had currywurst before being vegan) and I can safely say it’s the best vegan sausage I’ve ever had !! So tasty
