Dipped Cones and shakes. Cool flavors. Bring your non vegan friends here, they will love it too. Place is super fancy and they can add alcohol (if you are into that).

Sea Salt Caramel isn't bad, but I really like Perfectly Chocolate. I was told that the waffle cone is vegan. This place is located in the shopping mall area, called The District, in Resorts World.
