My husband and I both had the Vegan wrap. It was organic and gluten free too. The pesto and the ranch together tasted amazing!There were lots of Vegan choices. All organic. We will definitely stop by next time we are in Redding.

The vegan wrap and chocolate mousse were delicious! The refuel smoothie didn’t really hit as good as I hoped it would…it was an interesting combo for me with the fruit and the cacao going on. Super friendly staff and excellent food…will definitely be back!

Quick and easy stop when traveling - Edit
Driving north on I-5 and happened to see this place, the food was above and beyond. We both got wraps ( both vegan and gluten free), by far the best wrap we have ever had, vegan or non-vegan! We loved the home made shell, and asked to buy just the shell, but they have to be ordered 24 hours ahead of time.

We were tempted to buy one of everything and try it. For dessert we had the raw cacao mousse and raw chocolate cake. Both were very rich.
The owner and his son were both friendly and helpful.

The venue is both a little shop and cafe. The owner and his son are both friendly and attentive. I ordered the raw enchilada. It was fresh and tasty. They make the raw wraps (and everything else) from scratch. They offer lots of raw and cooked plant food options but they also offer raw cheese, eggs, and Turkey because they want to accommodate all walks of life. The owner explained that they only sell animal products from local farmers so no mass production etc. Whatever your stance, it’s a nice place making a difference in Redding where there are no other options to actually enjoy raw cuisine food. They also offer all sorts of fresh pressed juices and smoothies. So thumbs up :)

Got the vegan wrap. You have the option to have it grilled. I got it grilled and it was so good and tasty. If you are heading to or passing Redding, this is a must stop for a meal. Definitely coming back. Everything isn’t vegan, but plenty of vegan options.

After one bite saw a big winged bug cooked into it, luckily not in my mouth :p they were kind to remake it. It's organic produce after all, and the wrap otherwise is super good.

Not far from the freeway is a great spot that shouldn’t be missed even if you’re just passing through. Everything is organic. Almost everything is vegetarian! Most of the menu is vegan. They have lots of fresh veggies, not just a bunch of carbs. They make their gluten free tortillas in house. Most sauces (excluding the BBQ) are made in house. A variety of teas and kombuchas are available. They have olipops! They have a few vegan desserts, house pressed juices, and smoothies. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Masks are not required atm. The staff member that took our order was not wearing a mask.

The entire menu is naturally vegetarian. Turkey is the only meat served and it’s available as an add on item only.
They have some health snacks, drinks, and some fresh produce too.

Maybe we tried the wrong wrap, but the Fiesta wrap (subbing in hummus instead of raw cheddar to make it vegan) was just average. Very tasty homemade bread, but the filling was missing flavor and sauce. It was almost all lettuce, and was pretty dry and not flavorful. I’d go back to try a wrap with more flavor and sauces, maybe the Greek Wrap or Vegan Wrap.

Honestly, I’m still dreaming about their chocolate mousse crepes. It was one of the best things I’ve had in a long while. The store isn’t even vegetarian, but they have a lot of vegan snacks and health foods. But I wouldn’t go here for the grocery, come for the food.

This is an incredible food experience, with some of the best wraps I've ever had! They have a full food service menu -- with wraps, salads, bowls, juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, house-made desserts. In fact, all the sauces and tortillas are made in-house. They go through a quality control process that makes everything taste exceptional, without any of the extra frill. This is GOOD stuff!

Simple yet delicious and nutritional eats😄I had a hard time choosing what to have because everything sounded so good. Love how they make their own dressings and sauces!
I’m a super-foodie at heart so this place will be one of my main spots to eat whenever I come back in the area.
It’s definitely a safe place for people on a plant based lifestyle, those who simply want to eat healthier or want a fresh feeling meal etc.

This place is such a delight to come to if you are a weary traveler passing through Redding. Delightful people run this all in one water hole, market and deli and it's full of love. Their tortillas for their super delish wraps is really unique and I forgot to ask if they sold them individually. The Greek wrap I had was just chocked full of organically fresh yumness and my wife loved their banana crepe.
Read moreHowever, the thing we love the most (aside from seeing a "Farmacy" sign for their organic produce) has to be their local kombucha, specifically the Lavender Blackberry. It was, just unreal. If I lived nearby I'd be there every day for just that, not to mention all of the aforementioned goodness.
So yeah, of you are ever up that way, weariness is totally curable with a quick stop. 💖
