Raw Vegan Patisserie - Edit
Great place for a quick bite. Espresso was good as well. Not usually a fan of raw vegan but was really good!!

Good, but not exceptional - Edit
The café offers a good selection of raw vegans desserts, cookies and ice cream (six flavors when we visited: mango, raspberry, dark chocolate, gianduja, hazelnut and salted caramel). We tried their pecan biscuits (with figs, strawberry and raspberry) as well as their ice cream. The biscuits weren’t that spectacular (I didn’t enjoy the softness of the biscuit) and their ice cream was good. They have space inside and a nice terrace outside.
Read moreIt’s worth a visit if you stroll by, but if you are not a big fan of raw pastries, opt for their ice cream.

Nice vegan raw cakes - Edit
I like the concept of the raw cake but it was a bit pricey. The vegan tiramisu was really good.

READ THIS!!! - Edit
‼️‼️‼️
Read moreREAD THIS!!!I had to edit this, i gave this café a 3 star ranking and explained why and after reading me and my family's reviews they answered us with very discriminatory and xenophobic comments, they were more aggressive especially towards my dad, they told us to go back to our country and that if we're poor it's our problem.
It makes me really sad seeing people like this especially when all the other places in Italy (even not vegan places) were so so welcoming and nice. I'm not asking for niceness, just respect and if they cant do that I have to give a bad review, I wont stand it.
Note: happycow doesn't let me give 1 star

AMAZING - Edit
Absolutely incredible. We had mango cheesecake, tiramisu and a chocolate ball with white chocolate inside. Therefore two coffees and three desserts it came to €28 which was reasonable and acted as a meal for us in the summer heat in Florence. Wouldn’t say it’s an expensive place, it’s quite reasonable considering they make it all themselves and 100% raw etc.

Poor services - Edit
The products are ok but not that great. I was surprised to be charged 1 euro for a (suposed) filtered glass of water.

As a vegan I was expecting much more. But it is what it is.
Pros: Nothing that much

You just complain because you are cheap and don’t want to pay for water, not our problem.
Read moreIn Italy you pay for it and by the way, a glass of water costs 50cents.
Then, if you can’t recognize the high quality of our products, you should go back to your place 😊

Cheap do you mean poor? I suggest you to check a documentary that I produced called Universal Basic Income: a path to freedom. It's free. www.rbidoc.com (episode 3, about poverty). Thankfully financial resources are not a problem but I'm amazed that you analysis relied on our supposed income. Not very vegan I may say. Also I seems you don't know your own country since we've been to a lot of other places and were never charged by tap water (your high quality product 😅). So I can understand it is also common that there is no toilet paper in the wc in Italy? No. Just in your establishment. Stating that I should go to my country shows your're a xenophobic person. I'm Portuguese but also an European citizen. Me and my family have been very welcomed in Italy by several hotels, restaurants and italian citizens. Let me say you and your business are the less positive experience. But again I'm not judging Italy by your small business. Wishing you all the best specially how to anger manage your posts in social media. 😉

They charge the glass of wather (1€) for me this is not acepteble even if they say its filtered wather. We came from Portugal and i have never paid for a glass of wather.

Vegan tiramisu 😍 - Edit
It’s a beautiful little café with only (raw) vegan pastries and homemade ice cream. The even offer their own homemade almond milk. I ordered the vegan tiramisu and a coffee - the tiramisu was amazing! Also the employees we’re super friendly. Really enjoyed it.

delicious but on the expensive side - Edit
really was looking forward to visit this place and was not disappointed! since we didnt find too many places that offer vegan desserts and pastries in Firenze, we were really excited to find this Cortese Café. the mango cheesecake was heavenly but the gelati seemed a bit bitter. since the prices are very high (ca. 8€ per dessert) we only tried one dessert each. all in all a good experience.

Fully vegan gelato place! - Edit
I wasn't sure about here because I usually see 'raw' and avoid but I went in and they let me try the gelato. Omg it was amazing! I ended up getting hazelnut, cappuccino and salted cashew which was my favourite. Highly recommend.

Fantastic café! - Edit
Amazing vegan cafe with almond milk, gelato, cakes, tiramisu, etc. It’s so great to have so many fantastic vegan options in a cafe. It was definitely the best cafe I’ve been to and the options were very nice. There’s also an upstairs seating area and side room seating area. Definitely worth a trip to check it out!

Worst vegan tiramisu in my life - Edit
Had vegan tiramisu. Tasted nothing like tiramisu at all! Worst spent 7 euros in my life. It tasted like coconut milk straight out of the can. Would not go again.

I love when people like you want to sound food expert but they don't know hot to recognize a piece of wood from a chocolate bar 😅
Read moreOur wonderful Tiramisù is made with fresh coconut milk made from scratch in our lab and not from a can, and it's written on the label of the dessert, so if you don't like coconut...you should avoid coconut, stupid!
Other than that, it's written on the menù and next to the cash that if you want to sit at the table and spend less then 7,50€, you will be charge the Coperto (Cover fee), what is not the service. In any other restaurant you pay at least 2,50€ for cover and service.
I think you are the scam, not us!
When you travel abroad you should learn some word of the language of the country where you go, or ask for translation if you are ignorant, before you open your mouth and say stupid things!

Amazing and unique sweets! - Edit
If you like sweets then you must try this cafe! The staff was very helpful and provided great recommendations. Their sweets are unique and delicious! We got the mango cheesecake (they use organic mango so it tasted incredibly refreshing), a caramel pistachio tart, and a chocolate-covered layer dessert with hazelnut mousse. You would never guess these sweets were raw or vegan because of how delicious they are! Will definitely be going back!
