I was looking for a healthier meal - Edit
The service and prices were very reasonable but my husband and I got two entres that were drowning in oil and mine (Aloo Ghobi) was not very flavorful and the potato was not cooked all the way through. I think I caught them right after they opened but I don't think I would go back and order the same thing. The pastries looked amazing and I think if I were going for comfort food I would have been satisfied.
Read morePros: didn't wait long, staff was nice, tea was good
Cons: amount of oil in Pasta and Alo Ghobi, Aloo Ghobi was not flavorful

Great little spot - Edit
My first experience at Col’s was excellent. My friend and I ordered online. When the dessert I ordered (Chocolate Cream Pie) was out of stock they replaced the dessert with not one but two substitutes (I got a Whoopie Pie and gave a Boston Cream Cupcake to my friend). The Fresh Soda flavor that I ordered (watermelon mint) was out as well but I still really liked the one I got in its place (grapefruit). My friend and I split BBQ Cauliflower Wings and maple sesame Seitan Nuggies (my favorite item of everything we ate—crispy and flavorful!) and both were tasty. I got the Zuke Melt and she got the Philly Cheezsteak, both of which we enjoyed. It’s really nice to have an all vegan restaurant with such delicious options not too far from home. I will definitely be returning!

Nachos are Amazing! - Edit
The Nachos are honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Huge portion to share and their fake cheese sauce is perfection. I didn’t like the stroganoff too much (just

Amazing all-vegan option right in concord! - Edit
I’m so happy this place opened! I’ve been consistently impressed with everything I’ve ordered. Their milkshakes are the bomb, too; I get one every time I go. It’s great to have a such a good option locally, and their hours are really convenient as well. (I feel like most all-vegan places tend to close really early for some reason! What’s up with that?)

Pros: Milkshakes!, Great burgers, Take-hope options for holidays are always great

Food was great! Menu offers a range of options for different moods. Definitely try the milkshakes, they're amazing! Atmosphere is pleasant and staff was very friendly. If you were on the fence about trying it out stop thinking about it and go!

Falafel burger is a must! - Edit
We tried the falafel burger and the buffalo cauliflower wings. Both were great, very filling but also healthy! The cauliflower wings could have been spicier (they are buffalo after all!) and they wings are definitely a meal to eat with forks, not fingers.

A grand spot - Edit
This place is great! I was really disheartened when Willow’s closed which used to be in this location. Found this nice surprise on the HappyCow app as I was anticipating being in Concord, NH around lunch time. Menu is varied and I had trouble choosing. I went with the Stroganoff which was perfect for a rainy, autumn day. It was warm and wholesome. Every part was delicious from the Seitan to the veggies to the sauce. I had a slice of apple pie with ice cream for desert and Jordan the owner was ever-so-kind to offer it warmed up. It was delicious! He also spoke about this mystical concoction call a “pie-shake” which I must try next visit. He was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The other staff were kind as well. There was plenty of distance between tables and I observed proper sanitizing technique taking place. Other patrons were courteous to wear masks when moving throughout the restaurant as well (like to the bathroom). I really appreciated my visit and would hands down recommend it to anyone in the Concord/Manchester area looking for a wholesome, delicious vegan meal.

Loved it! - Edit
Col’s Kitchen has well-spaced tables and is super cute and clean. We split the fresh spring roll (peanut sauce was amazing) as an appetizer, and enjoyed our meals of pad Thai and uncommon ramen (presentation was impressive). The owner was very nice and provided excellent service. Col’s is easy to access (not far from highway) and in a nice Main Street location. Loved it!

Hearty and 100% vegan - Edit
I've had most of the menu by now... Philly cheezsteak, pad Thai, ramen, stroganoff, nachos, summer rolls, cauliflower wings, and both kinds of pie shakes. I've gotta dig in on that dessert menu, though! Chocolate cream pie, here I come! And I haven't tried the housemade sodas, yet, but that's on my list next, too.
Read moreI'm a bit biased, because I'm the owner's fiancé, and I was tapped to do branding and decor (which I think is quite homey, if I do say so myself!). I had a blast collaborating with Jordan on the logo, interior design, and menu design, and we have some more fun in store with retail offerings coming up soon... and none of this would be possible without an absolutely tasty spread of vegan food. My absolute favorite is the Philly Cheezsteak and Notch Yo Nachos. The crew makes all of the sauces--from the cheez sauce for nachos and the cheezsteak, to the peanut sauce for the pad Thai, to the ranch and buffalo sauce for the cauliflower wings. The sauces are truly amazing. Similarly, they make their proteins, too--that seitan? Made in-house. I'm really blown away at the ability of the kitchen staff, led up by kitchen manager Rob Ray.
The crew is working on getting their processes down to improve wait times and service. But those drawbacks are outweighed by the friendly and helpful demeanor of everyone on-staff. Col's Kitchen is a great addition to the Main Street food scene. I can't wait to see what menu items they add next!
Pros: Delicious menu, Friendly staff, 100% vegan

Nice variety! - Edit
Love the variety of options from “fancier” items like stroganoff (I’ve yet to try) to more casual items like meatball subs (tried- amazing!). Restaurant is cute; staff is friendly. Will be back to try other items!
