Bistro & bar located in the Gwendolyn Building. A fully vegan coffee shop, breakfast and lunch cafe by day and full-service plant-based restaurant and full bar by evening. Has outdoor patios, as well as the overall indoor/outdoor area with a front wall of windows that opens up completely to the outside, across from a park just out front. Open since Oct '21. Open Mon-Thu 7:00am-5:00pm, Fri 7:00am-9:00pm, Sat 8:00am-5:00pm, Sun 8:00am-4:00pm.

Such an extensive menu for both food and drink. My dining partner had some questions about ingredients in one of the food choices and the lady behind the counter pulled out a beautiful binder with laminated pages that listed all the ingredients in each dish. She said they have it because a lot of people ask and they want to be able to fully answer. I was so impressed. I will definitely be back to try other menu items as it was hard to choose.

I love that this place is fully vegan and it has a light, airy vibe to it! Love their chai lattes and (other lattes!). They carry several different vegan mylk options. We also love their pastry selections, though sometimes the pricing is a bit steep.

I have been going to coco for a few years. I am so happy that they have a vegan Chai Latte! While there I can't help but get a Blueberry Orange Muffin since they added those. So good!!
