This restaurant is amazing! Everything about my visit was perfect, the food was wonderful and the service was incredible, staff were very friendly and happy to help. Atmosphere was very nice too. Have been recommending this restaurant to all my friends and can’t wait to return for another burger!!

Legit the best place ever - Edit
The atmosphere here is amazing, the place is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and attentive, the food and drinks are amazing and the prices are all good too, I absolutely love temple & even though I live a two and a half hour drive away it’s 100% worth the journey and I cannot wait to come back, this place alone has convinced me to want to move to Sheffield. Would recommend to everyone.

They had peppermint hot chocolate with chocolate sprinkles on the whip cream and now I'm annoyed to say that this is the best hot chocolate that I have ever had....now I'll have to travel to Sheffield just to have this.
The hot dog was good, I was expecting more of a seasoned sausage, but the texture was good and I loved the crunchy onions on top along with the sauces. Loved the fries and coleslaw.
The Ma-doner was good, the seitan was thin, smokey, yummy. The wrap though was very fragile and although it was soft, it did not hold together well and pretty much fell apart when picking it up!
The cheese bites, really enjoyed the batter but the cheese inside was too much for me, it was more paste-like than gooey cheese. My partner has 5 our of the 6 cheese bites so, he loved them!
Beer here is great. Did I mention the hot chocolate?
We were not expecting this place to be a clubby, bar orientated restaurant. Saturday night was crazy.
Lunch time on Sundays was a lot better if you want to chill and chat.
The seats are ok, the whole place is not very warm at all though, a bit too open for me, not cosy.
Also, nooo idea where the ladies bathroom is.

Read moreThe decor, space and style of the church is like nothing else. It’s got a pulpit, decorated with flowers and amazing artwork. Retro games machines, pool table and gaming booths do not detract from the ambiance at all. They also put events on like a movie and it’s pretty cool.
There’s a brilliant selection of beers and cocktails with a quick table service or just order at the bar. Onto the menu - Ohh my … Been there 4 times and never get through the menu - God I’ve tried (get it? Church!) - because they change it. Never been disappointed. Nice combo is the black bun burger and mango or banana beer.

Our first time here and it didn’t disappoint! Yes the food is ‘vegan junk’ but it’s beautifully presented and so ridiculously tasty! Sometimes you’ve got to have a treat and move away from whole food plant based stuff and just tuck into delicious naughty, dirty food! Every mouthful was heaven!! We shared the loaded nachos, the kebab and the chocolate chilli cheese fries and my god it was stuff in your face amazing!!

Great venue and staff but disappointed with the food - Edit
Awesome venue with some lovely staff but I was really disappointed with the food. I had a burger one day and a hot dog a few days later but both were quite bland. The onion rings mainly taste like oil. Good atmosphere though.

Where to start?! This is one of the coolest places in Sheffield due to its quirky decor and church themed surroundings. As for the food! Well, if you only try one thing make it a sundae … they are so good it should be a sin just to look at them.
