La atención y el lugar son excelentes. Pero es demasiado caro para la calidad de la comida (en general, bastante aceitosa). No cumplen la normativa de poder pedir vaso de agua y, en lugar de eso, te ponen una botella de agua “filtrada” abierta…por 2€.

We had the TARTARE CREMOSO AL SALMONE as a starter. It was really big, not how we expected the size of a starter to be. But it was really good.
Read moreAs for the GNOCCHI GORGONZOLA, ZUCCHINE E GAMBERETTI: my friend had it and he thought it was good but the prawns were without Taste and of a weird consitency. I told him not to take a meat replacement because they are usually not as good as a dish that doesn't rely on meat anyways. So yeah, maybe don't order seafood options.
I had the PACCHERI FUNGHI, SALSICCIA E TARTUFO and they were amazing! Creamy flavourful, a perfect dish.
Would have loved to have the pistacchio cake but we were way to full for dessert.
Also: the lemongrass lavender kombucha was amazing as well

Outstanding upscale Italian cuisine. I was really impressed by my experience at this restaurant! After spending one month traveling in Spain, this is still my favorite restaurant by far.
Read moreAt our first visit, we ordered the arancini as an appetizer; they were HUGE and came in 4 varieties (Bolognese, pesto, smoked ham and truffle) - great for sharing! I thoroughly enjoyed the Crepe de Pollo e Funghi al Tartufo (chicken and mushroom crepe with truffle); it was rich, creamy, and flavorful, and came with an arugula salad which was a perfect refreshing contrast to the decadent crepe. You absolutely cannot miss the pistachio cake for dessert!
At our second visit, we also absolutely adored the Alexander salad with grilled "chicken", truffle paccheri, and truffle pizza. The creaminess and cheesiness of their dishes is unreal - you won't believe it's vegan! Unfortunately they were out of the Biscoff cheesecake that we wanted, but the Ferrero Rocher cake was amazing too.
It is very well-located in the charming Barrio de La Latina, within walking distance of many of Madrid's main sights. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. The ambiance is chic and moody, and all the food is artfully presented and aesthetically pleasing. Great selection of wine.
This restaurant is a bit on the pricier side (it came to 67.50 euros for a three-course meal for two), but it's well worth treating yourself to an amazing meal here! I have already been twice and would definitely come back!

Amazing vegan Italian for a special occasion - Edit
Went here for my partners birthday meal and very glad we did. Food was delicious. We ordered the Arancinetti balls to start which were very filling and came in 3 flavours (bolognese, truffle and pesto). Then we got the Carbonara and the Tagliatelle with pistachio and salmon pasta. Both lovely.

We also had a bottle of the 11 minuto rosè wine on the recommendation of our waiter which was also good.
The meal was on the expensive side but we were totally fine with that as we wanted something a bit more special for his birthday.

Great tasting food and good service. It's tough to select a dish as there's quite a selection. The flavours were good and the portions were generous. It is pricey enough but it's a fine dining setting. The waiter was lovely and friendly. The restaurant itself isn't accessible for wheelchair users or less abled people, would be great to see them introduce a ramp or a lift at the entrance. Would come back again for sure.

Beautiful building and decoration but most importantly - 10/10 food. Went with an Italian non vegan friend who enjoyed the food all the same. Absolutely delicious and the service was super welcoming. A must go when in Madrid!

Elegant location in a 300 year-old building. Amazing carbonara, tiramisù and panna cotta with red fruits topping. We also had Diavola and Mortadella/pistacchio pizza. Unfortunately the pizza looks like a frozen dough bought at the supermarket and the toppings have no flavour.

- Arancinetti: fried rice balls for starter. The pesto ones were a bit oily, though. It was too much for two people.
- Paccheri al pistacchio: excellent choice, great combination of flavours.
- Gnocchi gorgonzola, zucchini e gamberetti: too heavy and the shrimps did not combine too well with the rest of the flavours.
- Cheesecake with caramel: I missed the cheesy flavour. It was too sweet.

The restaurant is a bit fancier from the atmosphere. Anyway also as an underdressed customer you will be treated very friendly

My favorite restaurant in Madrid - Edit
I love going here, the pizzas are incredible, the staff is friendly and i can finally have my Italian cuisine without missing out on the cheese or tiramisu. They have raised their prices recently but not reason to stay away!

Fui con omnívoros (algunos no muy fans de la comida vegana en general) y les encantó a todos. Probamos un poco de todo, incluidos dos postres y todo estaba tremendo. Además el sitio es muy bonito. El servicio también genial, había bastante gente cuando fuimos y tuvieron un problema en la cocina, por lo que tardaron más, y nos regalaron los entrantes por la espera. Un sitio recomendadísimo, volveré sin duda.

A must-go if you want a break from Tapas - Edit
On our last day in Madrid, we decided to go for Italian food and went straight to this place, even if it was a bit far away from where we were, because of the positive reviews. I can confirm that the reviews are right, because the food was delicious! The arancini as a starter come in 4 different versions and are one better than the last - careful though, they are pretty big and filling, we had to ask the waiter to pack a couple of them to go, otherwise we would not have had room for the main course! The paccheri with pistachio were good, although a bit mild, but the paccheri with mushroom and truffle were sensational - and very well paired with the Sicilian wine. We also had a pizza diavola, that looked very normal but was actually very good - my husband could only eat half, so we took the other half to the hotel and had it for breakfast - it was still delicious!
