Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

They keep dropping steak in my sofritas burritos

I used to go here a ton, however the quality of the burritos have gone down in the past year or so. The last three times I’ve ordered from them, I’ve gotten random pieces of steak in my sofritas burrito. Ever since the last time, I feel like I can’t trust the food.

Totally normal chipotle experience

I like chipotle to begin with. So I like this chipotle. The staff is nice. And despite a few “oh they forgot to salt their guac” experiences, I’ve never had any major issues with my food. No dropping meat in my burrito. That being said I never order the soft it’s, because I don’t like it. I like their seasonings and sauces. Simple veggie burritos. I think it’s always best to just be vigilant at chains like this, watch for meat drop and be polite if it happens. You know?

Sofritas Burrito

I had a Sofritas burrito for the first time and it was good! It’s still a lot of calories so I only ate half and saved the rest for later, but definitely hits the spot for a craving. I only gave it 3 stars, because it is still fast food 🤷‍♀️

Got a steak burrito instead of Sofritas

Ordered a veggie and Sofritas burrito for pickup on the app and ended up with a steak burrito
Not happy and now it is a hassle to get a refund because I ordered online.
