Best Vegan Sushi - Edit
This is definitely the best vegan sushi I’ve ever had. They don’t try and replicate normal sushi - they create amazing food that stands on its own. The ingredients were so fresh and pretty, and there wasn’t a roll I didn’t like.

Every bite of everything we ordered was exquisite!! We ordered Brussels sprouts, gyoza dumplings,sweet potato tempura roll, monkeyflower roll, and beer! We cannot wait to return…. There are so many other items on their menu that we would like to try! Also the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable of their menu and obviously take great care in preparation as well as presentation!

Simply amazing food. Took a meat eating sushi hater there and they liked it so much we are going back tomorrow to try some more of the menu. The garlic edamame is highly recommended, as is the monkey flower roll.

Everything on the menu sounded amazing so we just asked the chefs to surprise us. Everyone at the table was impressed with the presentation and deliciousness, even the meat-loving dude with us. Vegan sushi is the way of the future, and Chikyu can be your time machine.

Mind blowing!! This is by far the BEST vegan sushi I have ever eaten. We came to vegas with our kids and wanted to eat off the strip. We literally wanted to order every single item off the menu. The service was excellent - fast, efficient, accurate, and so friendly. They even took good care of the kids. We had some specialty rolls - the snapdragon was yummy. My kids ate vegan California rolls to their hearts content. They also had the sweet potato tempura maki and loved it. We also had tempura oyster mushrooms. The whole meal was bursting with flavors, freshness and made with so much care and love.

I brought 4 skeptical non-vegans to Chikyu and everyone LOVED it! This is probably one of the top 2 vegan sushi restaurants I have ever visited. The food was outstanding, fresh, and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We shared a lot of food- the garlic edamame and Brussels sprouts for starters. Then we dived into the vegetable tempura and the Monkeyflower, Staghorn, and Snapdragon rolls. All amazingly delicious. We even indulged in the desserts- sorbet and chocolate mousse. Yum!

We would eat here every night if we could. However, we do eat here several times a month.. Not a lot of options in Las Vegas for full Vegan restaurants and I am happy they are so close. If you get a chance you need to check them out! You will not be disappointed!

Me & my Best friend were in Vegas celebrating our 20 year friendship. Decided to try this place out. We’ve been to Shizen/Shozen in SF. We only got to sets of rolls - enoki mushroom & another roll with asparagus. So flavorful & fulfilling. The best vegan sushi 🍣 I’ve had.

Fantastic vegan sushi - Edit
This is my favorite sushi place in Clark County. The sweet potato roll is phenomenal. The temperature is delightful and fluffy and airy. I highly recommend that you go as soon as you can.
