Everything is so good! - Edit
Lots of coconut and lotus used here, to my delight. All vegan inside the Public Market on Granville Island. Soups, fresh rolls, spring rolls, tarp chips and dip. Coconut drink, kombucha, Vietnamese tea. You eat in the public dining section of the Public Market. Bring your jacket.

Disappointed - Edit
I had the midnight swim bowl and sapa power salad. Both these options sounded great. The midnight swim bowl veggies were hot and made all the leafy greens super soggy. The flavours did not mix. It tasted like a bunch of ingredients mixed. It was too bland in my opinion. Also, I arrived 15 minutes after opening and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to take my order. I asked for no bags and no cutlery, but they gave it to me anyway. So disappointed. with my experience, but I hope they can improve.

Delicious! - Edit
A friend recommended the Golden Temple Soup, and it was indeed delicious - a very tasty broth (turmeric, coconut curry) and a bowl of vegetables, tofu and quinoa (could also have chosen noodles or rice). Also bought a salad roll to eat later, and it was very good, along with a dipping sauce. I should have bought some of their taro chips and dip.
Read moreFast service. Can eat at tables shared among the food booths in the Market.
I see that we can order online their broths and other products, including ice cream, vegan fish sauce, ceramic dishes and lots more. Also, a line of wellness products.

100% plant based. I ordered a rice noodles bowl with veggies and mushroom sauce that was delicious! I'm glad that I've found this option at Granville. I recommend it.

Great outpost on the 'island'. - Edit
I went there about one year ago the food was fantastic. Great to see a thriving local business in the tourist hell that is GI! and wish they had non-plastic containers for food, though.

I got the #10 and it was so good!! Healthy and fresh. Portions could be a little bigger or price could be a little cheaper - but a great vegan option in a market full of animal products!

My hubby and I shared the Pho Bowl (#1) and the tofu fresh rolls (#20.) We added hoisin and sriracha to the pho bowl, but even without it, it was delicious. Really interesting flavors with the anise and the cinnamon. I wish I were still hungry, there is more I want to try!!

Healthy but bland - Edit
I got the Diving For Pearls soup and it was very bland in flavour. There were also hardly any mushrooms in it. I also got the coconut shake which was quite nice. As a vegan joint I wish they would look for alternatives to plastic packaging for take away.
