The veggie sandwich with sweet potato was very flavorful and satisfying. Tahini bar is a must try! Definitely want to go back and try their salads, chia pudding and coconut quinoa. Salads are pre prepared and great to pick up for a picnic. We were there at lunch time and it was crowded. Small shop with counter height seating along the wall and windows. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside on a bench. Hyde Park has a great vibe and a fun place to visit.

Get the veggie stack sandwich and make it vegan (no aioli, add tahini sauce) it is DIVINE.

There is a display case full of incredible pastries, etc, for you to drool over as you enter the shop and make your way through the gauntlet to place your order. All are tantalizingly delicious-looking. Only two of them are vegan. The granola energy bar was good though, and big. Huge, really. More than enough vegan calories to power you through an afternoon of biking in the foothills.. The tahini bar (chocolate and coconut) was also delicious, but smaller, more of a desert.

While traveling, it has been a little tough to find clearly labeled vegan options in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boise. This spot has a full coffee menu, and clearly labeled vegan and gluten free options on the menu, as well as for the bakery items. Everything has been very tasty - I'm a huge fan already!
