Relaxing Cafe - Edit
I love the decor and ambience of Cafe Tarot. I had the falafel plate with an oat latte. I don't love that you need to order a drink.

Good flavour - Edit
We got to the Cafe before 9am and their full menu wasn't available yet, but we were able to get a couple of muffins and a couple of sausage muffins. They were small but were delicious with a lot of flavour

Delicious! - Edit
We stopped in for lunch after a visit to sky tree. I had the falafel plate and my partner had the burger and they were both perfect. The salad dressing is delicious. We also had a muffin each and they were light and fluffy. A perfect meal.

Cosy breakfast to start the day - Edit
The Tarot Café is easy to find, with the entrance located on the street. You order at the counter and pay right away. Then you are given a beeper device and asked to choose a seating upstairs. When your food is ready, the beeper rings (don’t forget to press the stop button as fast as you can) and you go get it downstairs.
Read moreWe went there early in the day when only the breakfast menu was available and it was exactly what we were craving for. We had English muffin sausage sandwiches, gluten free muffins and coffee mocha. Everything was delicious: the sandwich was super juicy, the muffin was tender and squishy and the coffee had a balanced taste between coffee and chocolate.

Loved the atmosphere - it's a small store, you order downstairs and eat upstairs. Might be hard to get a seat if busy. The food was delicious!

Delicious - Edit
Was quite surprised by how delicious their savory breakfast options were. I started with the chickpea one which was super delicate and full of flavor. Then I couldn't resist the urge to try the soy patty and pepper, also great.

Super cool - Edit
When you order you get a random “tarot card” coaster thing, which was super cool. Not a lot of options for food. But it’s nice to have a place that opens relatively early in the morning. The falafel plate was good but nothing special. But the blueberry muffin was super good.

Limited morning options - Edit
We got to Cafe Tarot around 8 a.m. They only have a few items before 10 a.m. it’s mainly just English Muffins or granola. They only had a few baked goods ready. We got excited reading all the good reviews, but totally blindsided by the pre-10am menu limitations… disappointed in the other reviewers for not mentioning. We’re here to help others in there food travel journeys, not just complain about bad coffee or high prices😡
Read moreEnglish muffin with chickpea salad and the blueberry muffin were very tasty but more of snack than a filling breakfast.
Service was nice. You get a personal tarot card/tarot coaster with comes with explanation leaflet.

Outstanding choice for vegan breakfast in Tokyo - Edit
There was really nothing about our experience at Cafe Tarot that we didn’t like. The staff were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about ther menu, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, the service timely, and the food incredibly good. Their breakfast sausage was exceptional and there was nothing that we tried that wasn’t tasty and nutritious. We know how challenging it can be to find a good vegan breakfast. Cafe Tarot was an exceptional choice and worth the taxi ride across town!

Lovely place with excellent service. - Edit
I just arrived in Tokyo and found this treasure nearby. Good setting and very tasty food. When I called towards closing time for a snack the only concern of the staff was that I wouldn't have time to relax over my drink and muffin. Tarot cards available for those who want them.
