Delicious burger and really cosy place - Edit
The burger was full of flavour and made with lots of ingredients, including beans, which meant it was very filling. It was a really good burger, and not dry at all, as some vegan burgers tend to be. We shared a basket of fried potatoes with vegan mayo, which were lovely too. The atmosphere was great, and we will definitely come back next time we are in Odense!

Amazing food, had dinner here both days I was in Odense - Edit
Had two nice visits here in July 2021. Server was very friendly, food was really yummy, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. The restaurant is off the main path a bit so you don't get the bustle of being in the center of the crowds.

Had lunch here and had the Kosmos burger. The burger was tasty and the cafe was in a nice location and had a good atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Nice place to hang out and all vegan menu.

A gem off the beaten path - Edit
Searching for vegan places in Odense, we found this gem off the beaten path. It's cozy and quaint, and with helpful and friendly staff. COVID-19 passport was required to be seated inside. The meal was prepared rather quick and tasted excellent! Sitting outside, the table was a bit wobbly but that wasn't a big thing.

As the only 100 % vegan eatery in Odense, Café Kosmos is a must visit.
Read moreAnd since they expand their opening hours (before they closed at 17 (5PM)), it's now easier to visit them. They are still closed Sundays and Mondays however.
Their food, cakes and drinks are all organic. Their food is good, but pretty generic however, with only bowls and burgers at the menu.
Cafe Kosmos is not an extraordinary food experience, and the food is a bit pricey. But definitely worth a visit, and I will recommend all to visit Café Kosmos. The staff is nice, and I will recommend you to treat yourself with a coffee and cake after your meal.

Not huge on regular burgers, so I opted for the FIKSE version and it was GREAT. The amazing iced coffee was made with house-made caramel syrup. The service was very personal, friendly and welcoming.

Super nice cafe - central but tucked away - Edit
We were there in Augst and really enjoyed it. The cafe is very central but tucked away a bit and therefore we could sit outside without too much commotion. The food was of course delicious. We had the wrap platter, sweet pastry and coffee, and it was all great. The (little) children really enjoyed the food too.

Had the sliders (micro burgers) which were 149 DKK with the potatoes added for 29 DKK. Also tried the hummus olive wrap which cost 69 DKK.
Read moreThe sliders were awesome and it was great to get to try all three burger options. They were all absolutely delicious, as were the potatoes with mayo. The hummus wrap was tasty as well.
We had to try the snickers cake for dessert, it was amazing.

Read moreI've had their Snickers cake twice, and it's such a delicious cake. I tried the Kosmos burger recently and it was probably the best vegan burger I've ever had. Every single component had its place and the individual tastes combined so well. Got potatoes and mayo with it which were equally great.
The place itself is cozy and has a great vibe with upcycled furniture and fairy lights. The staff is plenty and all of them super friendly and helpful. I guess what I like about this is how unformal it all feels. This café exists for the love of vegan food.

The burgers were good, but not overwhelming, nevertheless, the potatoes and mayo were amazing! Unfortunately we had to wait a long time until we had our food. But the staff is lovely, so that kind of makes up for that :)

Great plant-based organic food. They have burgers, wraps, a raw bowl and they frequently come up with new exciting dishes. Their cakes (especially the caramel-peanut cake) are amazing. They recently added ice cream from Nicecream in Copenhagen as well. This is my favorite spot for vegan food in Odense. There is relatively little space inside the café, so it may be a good idea to book a table in advance if you want to sit indoors.
