Fast & friendly service - Edit
Vegan options are very clearly showed on the menu and every category of food has at least 1 vegan option so there's quiete a lot to choose from. We were served by Afrodita who was very friendly!

Plenty of vegan options - Edit
They definitely have a lot more vegan options than the listing and (older) reviews suggest, including salads, bowls, wraps, burgers, pizza and tapas. We were there in the evening mostly to drink, so I only had a small falafel dish, which was fine. The signage for the weekend breakfast buffet was already up and there was a designated "vegan corner" that according to the sign included different vegan spreads and toppings, but as we weren't there for breakfast I can't speak to the actual selection and quality.

Ich war mit mehreren Freunden zum Frühstück da. Sie haben ein tolles Buffet und auf der Karte waren auch mehrere vegane Gerichte. Als ich die nette (ja, sie war wirklich super freundlich) Dame, die uns den Kaffee gebracht hat fragte, ob im Frühstück auch vegane Dinge zu finden sind meinte sie nur, dass sie ja keine Ahnung hat und man mit vegan ja eh nix essen könnte. Also echt da hab ich anderes erwartet. Sie hatten nämlich sogar 3 Sorten veganen Aufstrich und man konnte gut satt werden! Nochmal gehe ich nicht hin und ich würde auch eher andere Restaurants in Saarbrücken empfehlen.

stylish place with many vegetarian but only few vegan options - Edit
Café & Bar Celona is a big place with a stylish and yet cosy interior design. The staff are attentive and accomodating to vegan wishes. Vegetarian and vegan options are clearly labelled. Vegetarian options are numerous but unfortunately, there are only a handful of vegan tapas options. The oven-baked potato can be made vegan on request and tasted good. For vegans this is probably rather a place for grabbing a coffee together with a friend.
