Well it is definitely not Chloe’s anymore. I really miss the barley mushroom soup. But staff is still friendly, place is still spacious, they’re still 100% vegan and the food is decently good. If you never knew what By Chloe was you will like this place. If you did then you probably won’t enjoy it as much.

Yep! I swear it should be illegal for people to buy restaurants if they’re gonna “keep” the old menu. Because most of the time it ends up being a half-baked rip off menu that isn’t as good as it used to. Just come up with another menu lol. Same is about to happen to Little Choc Apothecary, so sad😒But at least they’re staying vegan.

This is a “fast-casual” restaurant chain…without the fast. I waited at the counter for about 20 minutes for my food, which may not seem like a lot, but it is for this type of establishment, especially since I was the only one in line and I could see the cooks in the back standing there and conversing. I tried to order the loaded corn poppers, but they were out. I ended up ordering the Burrata Bliss salad with a side of air-baked fries with beet ketchup. The salad was absolutely amazing down to the pesto, the burrata, the corn succotash, lavash chips, and veggies. The air-baked fries were kind of soggy and definitely unsalted. I looooved the beet ketchup though. Prices could have been better for a fast-casual restaurant. I definitely will go back though and try the other items that looked good because I know one instance of poor service and unsalted fries does not reflect the entirety of the franchise. Plus, their whole menu looks amazing.

Amazing food. The kale Caesar salad was so good that I had to get one to go! I tried a bite of the Mac+cheese and the guac burger too, both super tasty. The only disappointing thing was the nachos, the chips were very soft for some reason. But everything else was so good it made up for it!

My last visit was when they were located at downtown Manhattan. The Mac & Cheese, and Tacos and Coffee cookies were so addictive.

We had a nice burger, which tasted good, along with sweet potato fries. Staff was very friendly. All in all a bit overpriced for what you get: a burger and fries and a drink. Good for lunch, not for dinner

you can find better vegan fast food at spots like chickpea & olive inside the whole foods, cinnamon snail (truck on 5th ave & store location near penn station) or even at the vegan truck outside the AE on 14th street. the other shops i’ve listed are around the same price but their food is sassy better than here.

I order lunch from By Chloe at least 3 times a week. I am obsessed with the quinoa taco salad! I could eat that everyday, it’s soo good! Sometimes I’ll order a side of their delicious avocado pesto pasta. The “oh so fancy fries” with cashew mozz and seitan chorizo are the ultimate comfort food, super filling but totally worth it! I love how they have dog treats as well. My dog goes nuts for the pupcakes and peanut butter dog bones!!

This place is really clean and beautiful. It’s a large location and the staff is friendly and helpful. We came in for dessert but, everything was fresh and well stocked. We purchased cookies and cupcakes and were very pleased with our purchase. This is my second time visiting this chain and I love it and will keep going back. They also have 3 different chocolate chip cookie options. My favorite one is the chocolate walnut one.
