The customer service was on point as was the ice cream. I’m so glad this is somewhere that I and my dairy ordering friends could both enjoy our dessert experience. Everyone in our party was happy. There was no pressure. The owner came out and helped us make out choices. I would come back here every day. This place is a MUST.

I am completely gluten free and dairy free due to having chronic stomach issues, they have many options to order that make you able to order pretty much anything you want. They were incredibly nice and answered any and all questions I had. I will definitely be coming back here a lot in the future during this vaca!!

Have frequented Happy Cow for years on road trips but this visit made us feel compelled to create an account and join the community.

We came back with friends and we tried the “Cherry Cordial” and the “Buzzed Bull”(for the non-vegan and his Carmel loving ways)both in ice cream form. Also great but Tiger Stripe is the winner if we must have one.
While we opted for the alcohol-free versions, they also offer ‘buzzed’ versions with the help of a very extensive bar.
Owners and crew very pleasant and helpful! We felt very welcomed and they happily helped steer us toward the options best for us.
If not for Happy Cow, very doubtful we would have found this place. Hard to see driving the strip of Pigeon Forge. Very glad you all directed us here!

I always check Happy Cow for vegan restaurants when I travel, since I am dairy-free. The reviews brought us to the Buzzed Bull, and we were not disappointed. The owner was friendly and described the process of making ice-cream with nitro. I was torn between two flavors, and he recommended Tiger Stripes. It was the best non-dairy ice-cream I have ever had...creamy and decadent! Do yourself a favor and go to the Buzzed Bull Creamery!

They have a vegan (almond milk) base and a non-dairy sorbet. The owner is so super friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of veganism. He even gave me an allergens chart. I highly recommend!

Delicious treat with lots of flavors! - Edit
My vegan family of 4 asked if there was a vegan menu, and we were given one. I had never been to a place like this, so I would have appreciated an explanation that you choose a base, a flavor to add, then a mix-in. Either way, we figured it out and it was very good. My son got almond milk base, with mint flavor added, and oreos added in. I got almond milk base, peanut butter flavor, and oreos added. My hubby got almond milk base with coffee flavor. My daughter got a milkshake with almond milk base and vanilla flavor and oreos added in. We all enjoyed! I was hesitant to order after looking at their vegan menu, which lists gummy worms (which are almost never vegan) and sprinkles (which almost always contain confectioner's glaze...which is made of bugs). I'd be interested to know if they need to revise their vegan menu, or if they truly offer vegan versions of those things. Either way, we stayed away from those things and enjoyed our cold treats! We'd return if we find ourselves in the area again!

Read moreThe milkshake was good and they do have a large vegan topping list. The person who took my order was very nice and seemed to understand what vegan meant. They have a sorbet base and an almond milk base for non-dairy options.
My milkshake was good. The downside is the wait time. We waited about 30 min for 3 milkshakes. We had no wait to order so I wasn’t expecting the wait.
I would get again but be prepared to wait.

This new creamery has exceeded all of my expectations. I’m normally pretty disappointed after visiting an ice cream shop, but that was not the case here. The staff was friendly and were able to give me a sheet that listed every vegan topping/flavor that they offer. The ice cream is SO good- buzzed or not buzzed. We enjoyed being able to watch the ice cream/shakes being made right in front of us. But, eating/drinking it was the best part. 😉 Everyone left with smiles on their face.
