So good!

These place is very special and the food was fresh and had such unique flavors. Very clearly labeled vegan and staff conversed about the vegan options and which was their favorite. Highly recommend !

Authentic Affordable Burmese Food

That Burmese Bites is the stall with the most “vegan” options in the mall.

1) Pea Palata ….. (Vegan) Palata (Flat bread) with steamed yellow pea paste topped with caramelized onion. Most famous among Burmese.
2) Potato Curry Palata … (Vegan) Palata with Potato and yellow split pea curry.
3) Crispy Tofu …. (Vegan) Crispy Fried Tofu (Burmese Tofu is made of chickpeas not with soybean) comes with chef special tamarind sauce. Our version of french fries.
4) Tofu Salad…. (Vegan option available on request) Burmese Tofu made with chickpeas with roasted bean powder, shredded cabbages mix and are mixed in homemade tamarind sauce is topped with caramelized onion and garnish with thinly shredded kieffer lime leaf for authentic flavor and aroma. (Goes very well with white rice)
5). TeaLeaf Salad …. (Vegan option available on request) Fermented TeaLeaf mixed in dice of tomatoes, shredded cabbages, and crunchies to go along with a couple of green chilies for spicy lovers is the dish you can not find anywhere except Myanmar (Burma). (Goes very well with white rice to be lunch or dinner)

Pros: Cheap, Authentic, Hard to find Burmese food in the US
