I love this place. A nice place to visit or take people 'out' to. Both vegan but also some options for omni/carnists.
Read moreThe burgers are one of the best i ever ate. A big plus is also the firm bread they use, so you can really dive in your burger with a firm grip.
They also add specials and change the menu often. It never gets boring. Also the sides are always very nice.

Cosy and alternative place in which we can enjoy a large variety of veggie/vegan burger (not all of them are but definitively more than half). Pictograms allow us to see easily to which diet the dish fit with :). Burgers are really filling even though the fries are not included.

This place serves awesome burgers and fries. I tried 3 burgers so far, and they were all delicious. Prices are also fair. Highly recommended! Only downside: their service is very slow. Don’t go there when you are in a hurry and want a quick bite.

Lovely burgers, best kapsalon ever - Edit
I have been here multiple times and every time it was great! They have some vegan burgers on the menu and also weekly specials. But the best dish of them all is the famous Kapsalon (a typical fast food snack founded in Rotterdam which consists of a tub filled with fries, topped with shoarma and cheese and after grilling garnished with salad). Their vegan version is better than any meat kapsalon I have had in the past!

Went here during our stay in Rotterdam with my dad. He chose a vegetarian option, I took a Japanese vegan special. It was delicious! These are the options we miss in other burgerbars. Normally there only is one dry chickpea burger, this time there was a whole variety of different delicious choices. The desserts are great too, they look and taste amazing!

They have many vegan option, and it's super tasty 😍😍😍 i took the pulled pork burger vegan, it was delicious. Some vegan option are not on the menu but on the wall in the restaurants. They also have vegan dessert . I will recommand this restaurant for any vegan who wants to eat awesome food for a reasonable price.

I've now tasted three out of three main vegan options and they all tasted super delicious. Plus, it's pretty cheap: I had a burger, shared fries, a lemonade, a soy chai latte and a slice of cake, and it cost me €20,50, including a generous tip.

We ordered two burgers they looked good but were very unhealthy for our taste . Way too much oil and way too much sauce and dressing the lettuce was all saggy and wet. I specifically asked my burger without cucumber bcz of my allergy but I still received a burger with cucumbers . Also we asked for hot sauce which we never got then they tried to charge us for it. But overal the burger looked great

Had a very interesting and good vegan shoarma here, complete with vegan cheese and garlic sauce. My boyfriend also had a spicy chickpea burger, definitely worth the try! Service was a bit slow but other than that good experience. Very affordable.

Normally I love to try new places, but I had such a good memory of my visit to Burger Trut last year, that I took the opportunity to visit again. I love the atmosphere, and the changing menu has enough tasty burgers and sides to offer for vegetarians. It can be quite crowded, last time we did an extra walk to wait till there were free seats.

Burgertrut has been my favorite restaurant basically when I discovered it, I thought the name was really funny and wanted to try it out because of it. I think this is a great place since it serves really good food for a good price, the atmosphere is really chilled and it's in a nice part of Rotterdam as well. Definitely recommending this place to everyone!

We had a lovely evening at Burger Trut. First of all: I really liked the atmosphere, it's very cosy and I instantly felt welcome. Service was quick and friendly. Then the food: we had a vegan and a vegetarian burger, both really good. They have more vegetarian options the meat options, and they are all special combinations of tastes. Also the side dish, a salad of mixed grilled vegetables and mushrooms, was really delicious. And even the desert I chose, a piece of Paradise Cake, tasted like it really was from paradise. I can realy recommend going there when you're in Rotterdam!
