Fabulous doughnuts in vegan-friendly Gracia! As well as their regulars flavours, Bungnuts creates new varieties for special occasions - during our most recent visit to Barcelona, they had an Easter special and for Sant Jordi (St. George’s Day), doughnuts decorated as roses.

Was so pleased to find a place like this that's 100% vegan! I tried three doughnuts and they were all astonishing. I'd recommend the raspberry jam one but that's also my fave type of doughnut 😍

Local acogedor aunque pequeño, el concepto es totalmente take away ya que no hay mesas. Teniendo en cuenta eso, yo el día que fui eran las 18 de la tarde. No quedaban muchos Donuts, más bien solo 4 opciones y 2 de ellas eran el de azúcar y el bombón. Me decante por Benito, donut relleno de crema de cacahuete y cubierto de chocolate. El donut estaba muy bueno, esponjoso y con mucho relleno. Esta jugoso y nada seco. Tengo que decir que no había cajas, así que si te lo querías llevar y no comértelo en el momento te tenías q hacer un apaño con la servilleta.
Read moreEntiendo que llevan poco tiempo abiertos y que no quieren tener desperdicio, pero me lleve un poco de desilusión al ver que no tenían muchas opciones siendo la hora de merendar y que organitzativamente también aún les queda un poco.
Volveré porque los Donuts me han gustado mucho, pero lo haré por la mañana para poder probar las otras fantasías que tienen.

We went the first day they opened, I'm happy to have vegan doughnuts in town! I think there is still room for improvement, the doughnuts were too greasy and the filling in the matcha one quite too sweet and not very matcha-y.
