Sweet donuts - Edit
I came here with high expectations and picked 3 different donuts because I couldn't choose. First, there was the donut with white chocolate frosting, blueberry cream & macadamia nuts, which sounded the most interesting. It was sweet and the cream was a very basic whipped cream. Not much layers to it. The second one was a donut with raspberry frosting, again whipped cream and blueberries, which was a bit of the same. And then we had the oreo donut with cookie cream filling, which was more of a vanilla custard, which made it my favourite, but still didn't have much interesting to it. I honestly expected more layered flavours, like maybe some acidity to it, some saltiness or even bitterness, some textures. Nope, just sweet donuts. Like many other donut shops.

I was skeptical but this place lives up to the hype. I tried the Oreo one and it was the best doughnut I can remember having. I also tried another one that wasn’t as good (pictured) but the Oreo one makes up for everything.

So much choice!! Loads of different flavours and types (filled or ring) love how all are vegan. They had some basic doughnuts which looked really good and ones with fancy looking toppings. The ones we got were super tasty, surprisingly not sickly sweet, really creamy filling. Definitely a must visit if you love sweet treats! The server was super lovely also!

While not bad by any stretch of the imagination, I think that their doughnuts have lagged behind the competition.
Read moreThey are both pricier and blander than other vegan doughnut stores in BCN. Their texture is too soft yet gummy, and the dough is flavored with orange which pairs oddly with most of the glazes. And speaking of glazes I don't think they really nail the flavors, don't know if I could them appart in a blind taste.
They have always been nice and the store is super cute, but they haven't improved much and I think several other stores offer better and cheaper vegan doughnuts at this point.

Absolutamente perfectos. Cada bungnuts es único y tiene un sabor delicioso. Los tres sabores estándar ya son increíbles, pero los especiales de cada mes son muy originales y no hay ni uno que no me haya gustado. Además, el trato al cliente es perfecto y dan ganas de volver cada día.
