Best vegan pizza and pasta I have ever tasted - Edit
Ate here twice when I was in Rome for one weekend in May 2022. LOVED the vegan pizza (with amazing vegan cheese) and the vegan pasta. Had carbonara one day, which honestly was the best carbonara I ever have had (including non vegan). My partner also loved it and said the carbonara was at least as good as the non vegan carbonara he had at a fancy italian restaurant the day before. Tried the tofu scramble as well which was also very nice.

Sat down, ordered drinks within the first few minutes and after the drinks arrived quickly. However, absolutely nobody came back to our table at all or even passed by with a chance to catch their attention to order food. Thirty minutes passed. Paid for the drinks and left. Cannot even speak to if the food was good here because we were not serviced.

Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Rome. The menu offers a number of options (95% vegan!!!) including typical Roman dishes (the Pasta cacio e pepe is unbelievable). The atmosphere is great, very relaxed, with everyone treating you well. The prices are reasonable, there are good beers, and you can either eat outside or inside. The tiramisù is something otherworldly. Super recommended!

We ate here 3 times in 4 days, the staff are so nice and the cafe is lovely. The pasta and pizza are delicious, and we also tried some entrees (avocado bruschetta and ´chkn’ nuggets) and brunch too. Coffee was delicious also.
Read moreMy only (mild ) complaint would be the tiramisu - which was literally an Oreo in a coffee cup covered with cream and chocolate powder - so not the best!
But I still highly recommend this place if you’re in Rome 🥰

There are hardly any vegan/vegetarian restaurants in central Rome and we were excited to try this one. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre. I had beetroot hummus for starters, which tasted dry and bland. Then the carbonara vegana. It was okay, but nothing I would order again. For dessert I chose the vegan tiramisu and got an Oreo cookie in a coffee cup, filled with whipped cream and sprinkled with cocoa powder. A toddler could prepare this too. At least we didn't have to pay for the Oreo cookie. The waiter forgot the wine cooler, otherwise the service was quick and friendly. The tables outside were noisy and uncomfortable because of the main street nearby. The toilets were a bit neglected and without paper. I'm giving an extra star for having the courage and good intentions to run a vegetarian restaurant in Rome, a city overflowing with great restaurants. If the kitchen was better we would love to come back here.

La posizione è centralissima (Roma è grande, sì, ma Buddy Veggy è facilmente raggiungibile anche coi mezzi pubblici o in monopattino). I piatti sono buoni e vengono serviti velocemente. Noi siamo stati all'esterno e ci è piaciuto vedere la vita della piazza. Per l'hamburger ci si affida al famoso Beyond Burger di Beyond Meat, Ottimo con le patate e le salse

We had brunch (forgot pics) and did the 15€ sandwich deal - brownie and carrot cake were delightful and the sandwich was a solid snack for the mid morning. Coffee was barely warm, but I’ve learnt the Italians don’t understand milk in coffee and don’t seem to do it well (my espressos are always boiling, my soy cappuccinos seem cold???)
Read moreThen we had dinner 2 days later coz the menu was so inviting - meals pictured. I would 1000% recommend a visit or 2 or 3. Thé tiramisu and cheesecake we took away (too full to eat them there) and were disappointed as it was just vegan whipped cream… with some crushed Oreos (could see the logo on the cookie) so we won’t get desserts again. But the meals I would make the effort for.

We ordered from here on Uber eats and collected so we could eat at sunset in the park. All very easy and food was delicious with large portions. So nice to try a vegan version of a classic dish.

Excellent vegan Caesar salad with breaded "chicken" cutlet, creamy cheeze sauce, croutons, and almonds. The portion was huge and so filling, and the crunchy refreshing salad was exactly what I needed on a hot summer day in Rome. They have lots of desserts that I would've loved to try, but I was too stuffed after the huge portion of salad! The restaurant is conveniently located close to Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori, and they have an air conditioned indoor seating area as well as a cozy outdoor patio. Service was a little slow, but otherwise my experience here was great.

I had trouble finding vegan pizza in Italy. i didn't spend more than a few days there so I didn't get the chance to explore the variety of vegan restaurants. whenever I'd pass by a pizza restaurant asking for vegan pizza, they'd offer me bread with veggies on top. so I looked for a restaurant that served pizza with vegan cheese near my hotel and found this one. I wasn't a fan of cheese even before I went vegan but I was curious about what it'd taste like so I picked the 'Pizza 4 Formaggi Vegan' which had 4 types of vegan cheeses. It was pretty good but it could've used some tomato sauce and veggies on top, they added tomato slices when I asked them to though so that's good. i would've tried more of their pizzas if i had more time in Rome especially since the staff were really friendly. (this is very poorly written i barely had any sleep last night sorry)

Excellent food. So good we went the next day too. I had vegan carbonara and my wife had the vegan chicken burger. I had monkey smoothie and the next day the black monkey smoothie. The second day we had the tuna pizza. My wife had juices both days and they were incredible. Can't recommend this place enough.
