It's just awesome and so delicious. I have nothing to add to all the other reviews, I'll just say it is expensive (by which I mean typical central Rome tourist prices) but worth it for a special night out! Also very generous portions.

Would give this place a solid 3.5 for breakfast. Lots of options and reasonably priced. Breakfast was satisfying and would have liked to have come back for lunch or dinner.

We’ve been here three times during our short stay in Rome because the food was sooo good that kept coming back. We’ve tried 3 different pizzas and they were all SO DELICIOUS, (so I think all of their pizzas must be good). The service is also so quick even thought the place was always busy when we were there. The place itself is very nice and pretty too. 10/10!

We went for lunch at buddy veg today, this is easily one of the best vegan meal we had while in Rome honestly. Truly Roman kitchen and everything is vegan.

We will definitely try our best to be back before leaving.
If you are in the center and are looking for a great meal I would highly recommend it.

All vegan, which was greatly appreciated, but we ended up paying 39 euros for 2 mediocre breakfasts. The omelettes are super plain. We asked for veggies to be added to the omelettes. They were added to the salad that came with the omelette.

Buddy veggy is in a central location in Rome, but even if it was located in a hut in a field I'd put my wellies on and get walking!
Read moreThe menu was extensive and (with the obvious substitutions) authentic and myself and my girlfriend had two lovely meals there while we stayed in Rome.
I would have needed a month to try everything on the menu and I believe it would have been time well spent, but if you only have one chance I can highly recommend the Amatriciana pasta, and you can also get Roman style Pinsa for a variation on the more commonly exported Neapolitan pizza. Everything is vegan, and everything I tried was excellent!
I will be back.

Had a vegan breakfast with scrambled tofu, bacon, bread, some kind of cream cheese, red beans and salad. Also fresh orange juice and cappuccino with oat milk. Since I only had croissants or avocado toast for breakfast in Rome, this was something different. They offer a lot of different vegan breakfasts. Very friendly staff.

Really mediocre food. The position is great and the kitchen is always open so a good place to eat while being in the city center but the food is expensive and not very good. The staff is confused and slow and often makes mistakes. Rome has much better places to eat without any doubt

I had not had carbonara pasta in over 19 years since becoming vegan. They made it worth the wait ! I could have licked the plate!!! The Pensa was very good as well. We are only here for 6 days but we are going back.

After days of settling for the one or two vegan options at the few Rome restaurants that actually offer any, I decided to come to an actual vegan place. Had the pinsa tarfutata which was really good, plus a nice birra nazionale. Recommended!

Me and my wife went here every day during our trip to Rome and it didn't disappoint. The staff are lovely and the food was great. Not once did I leave hungry or feeling light in my wallet. If you like vegan food you'd be crazy to pass it up.
