Specialize in bubur manado which is a vegan porridge made from rice, cassava, pumpkin, and water spinach from South Sulawesi. A bubur manado is served with tofu, krupuks (shrimp crackers which you can order without) sambal, and salted fish (which can also be omitted). In addition to bubur you can also order jagung dadar (corn fritters) and drinks such as coffee, tea, and orange juice (hot or cold). Closes once bubur is sold out. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-11:00am.
