Quite good cake for the price. Wish there would be a kind of Patty or similar in the burger. We had Violife Cheese slices with us and combined that together with the guacamole to a great Sandwich/Burger.

They have a good variety of vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan. Most restaurants in the area had limited vegan choices or were closed. I had chili one day and came back and had the massive burrito. Simple food made well.

Lovely service and several v options (except just 2 dessert opt), but honestly one of the worst ice creams I’ve ever had. We could not finish it. Too icy and by pick 2 flavors, they mean they will mix 2 bases into one soft serve. Oof, wish they had specified prior. Hard pass.

Great large selection of veggie and vegan food. Shared a nachos and had a the bbq burger, both were lovely. Very friendly staff aswell. Wish I could have tried more !

Ordered the bean chilli, making it clear I was vegan, in both English and Spanish. This meant no cheese on it - I asked for something else like avocado instead of cheese but they refused. Okay, that's fine, I guess.
Read moreA couple of mouthfuls into the chilli, I find something chewy and realise it's a piece of meat. I ask the server who denies it being meat at first. Eventually he takes it to the kitchen and we hear them realise. He returns and tells me it was mistake, that they will make me a new one.
I understand that mistakes happen but they were not at all understanding or apologetic. Especially as this place advertises vegan and veggie food.
I declined the offer to have another made, so we didn't pay for the food and they gave us one free drink.

Went for late lunch after a long hike. Was well and truly stuffed afterwards. Good bean burgers, wish J got the one with guacamole in hindsight as it was a bit dry. MASSIVE portions, especially the ice creams (share these with multiple people)

I liked the BBQ burger a lot.
The burrito is also nice but it was a bit dry, I would ask for the guacamole to be inside of the wrap and that would improve it.
Vegan chilli was a bit spicy for me.

Milkshake - Edit
I got the peanut butter brownie milkshake and honestly I wouldn’t really recommend. It was nice but not too flavourful and the portion was just massive - enough for 2 people at least and it wasn’t really a milkshake more of an ice cream. Two milkshakes also took around 30 minutes to arrive which was annoying as there were people getting food before we got our drinks.

It is good, but not amazing. Definitely designed for english speaking tourists, and they charge a premium for that. However, I find there are better authentic experiences and vegan food to be had here.

Went there for a coffee and to have breakfast. I tried the vegan blueberry pancakes (in the menu is says vegetarian but they also offer vegan pancakes) and a vegan peanut butter brownie. The portions are huge but unfortunately neither the pancakes nor the brownie were particularly tasty. The service was pretty good though.

We went here for brunch. They have some good vegan options, the hamburgers and brunches can be veganized. I went for an arepa, vegan patty with guacamole and a fruit salad. My boyfriend had some bread with the vegan patty, champignons and salad. Their juices are amazing! So much variety and plant milk options. The portions were filling but too pricey, I could have made a yummier brunch at home. I brought a peanut brownie with me and it was very tasty and chewy! Maybe going here for lunch is more worth it.

The owner is vegan and so there are a lot of vegan options and most things can be made vegan. However the menu is out of date so you need to ask what is and isn't vegan. I.e. the vegan deserts are not on the menu. The pancakes can be made vegan. The burrito wraps have some milk in them so I was told.

I had the veggie burrito made vegan, which involved substituting the cheese for more veggies (or so they said, it’s hard to know if that was the case). My partner had the “holy guacamole” burger made vegan as well. Both were large and filling, but the price was not cheap. Overall I’d still give it 4/5 even if you could give meat serving places 5.

Looking at other reviews here I mistakenly got the impression that Brunch has vegan brownies and milkshakes. I guess that was my fault for being in a hurry and quickly reading the reviews.
Read moreI had the vegan chilli and was looking forward to garlic toast (again because of a review here) but alas it contained milk and I had to have the chili with rice. Beans and rice is not a meal I would usually choose at a gringo place. Nonetheless it was tasty and filling.
Maybe better for vegetarians.
