Taste great! Cost $ - Edit
Super yummy after a paddle on lady bird lake but somewhat costly. Only mark against it

Inside River City Market - Edit
Probably 4.5.
Read moreThe Lumberjack (a vegan sausage, egg, bacon, and cheese, stuck between perfectly grilled blueberry French toast) is complex and delicious, but a bit sweet, so ask for some hot sauce. The potatoes are fresh and delicious.
Ask for some salt too, and honestly I’m only being picky because it has a lot of potential.
The biscuits & gravy aren’t as tasty as they looked, but adding a bit of salt brought out some flavor.
Take a look around the shop while you’re waiting. Good beer and vegan grocery selection, although terribly overpriced. Then again, it is a “convenience” store.
Lumberjack was only a bit overpriced at $16.
The biscuits and gravy is a large portion, but a bit overpriced at $13.
Added bonus that this place has great WiFi.
Pros: Fully vegan menu, Good flavors, Vegan groceries in the market
Cons: A bit overpriced

Convenience store luxary - Edit
Delicious. The way that the juices soak into the bread is what dreams are made of. I was extremely pleased with the sandwich that I got (farmer John) but the rosemary potatoes lacked a little bit of taste if you ask me. My partner ate all of it without complaint but I could have used a little somethin something extra. They also do not have hot sauce and the prices are equivalent to dining at a 5 star restaurant.

Expected better - Edit
I got the biscuits and gravy, one of my favorite things of all time. It was the worst vegan biscuits and gravy I’ve had. Also had the lumberjack which I did like. The potatoes on the side were fine but the cheese sauce was definitely not worth the three extra bucks.

Best brunch ever! - Edit
The most convincingly non-vegan vegan food I've ever had! Everything we tried was delicious! The Farmer John (egg, sausage, cheese, aioli, Easy Tiger bread) is honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
