One would assume such a place was driven by a compassionate, supportive, and cooperative spirit. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Behind the scenes, this business is run by a blame policy, operating with snitches to make individuals responsible for the management's own shortcomings. As a result, they randomly fire people with no reasonable basis, following a most disrespectful dismissal "procedure" without any notice. This is not only super unprofessional, but also unacceptable from an interpersonal perspective. I was loyal to this cafe for a long time, but I won't support any cruelty, neither towards animals nor towards humans. One struggle one fight.
