Beautiful people & tasty food - Edit
this is a really unique "american-style diner" and social club run by a charming Thai family who are also into barefoot running!. That's what the social club part is all about. Anyone who is also into running should come here just to talk with these folks. I had the club sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. A slightly tweaked version of what I am used to, but super tasty none the less. The papaya salad was still spicy by our standards even requesting mild, but that was remedied by adding some of their home-made almond butter. Yay. Plus they have a large Date shake (date-erade) for all the hardcore high carbers out there.

Very different from other places in Bangkok - Edit
As others have said this is like someone’s living room!
Read moreHuman owners very friendly and chatty. I had the carbonara and garlic bread, it was very nice. Unfortunately not a great deal of Thai food choice which would have been nice but it was still a welcome relief from worrying about fish sauce in my food.
Pros: Tasty. , Friendly owners.
Cons: Not much Thai style food.

A vegan cafe owned by two cats! - Edit
What a great little cafe! One of the owners, Neko, was out the front to greet us. Brown Kintaro, is apparently a dangerous and silent partner.

Not too bad! - Edit
Came here for dinner - completely vegan wahoo!! Wasn't able to go upstairs as there was a Meetup/gathering and found that downstairs was a little too small (some patrons had to eat on a couch with no proper table). We got the pizza and raw zucchini pasta that were both delicious and fresh - but personally I found the pizza a little small! Service/food was also a little slow - but perhaps it was because of the large gathering upstairs. Would love to come and try more of the menu :)

Must Not Miss! - Edit
This place is arguably my favourite place in Bangkok. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is amazing. While in Bangkok we ate majority of our meals here and tried almost everyone of the menu and didn't find one thing we didn't love. My favourite thing on the menu is the pancakes - being as they are, to this point in my life, the best pancakes I've ever had (vegan or not). Plus the food is very reasonably priced. The staff are so friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere of the place is so cute and cosy. They have adorable cats and a wide variety of books to read if you come here solo. We came on my friends birthday and they sang him happy birthday with cake and candle to boot. If you are in Bangkok and looking for a place to eat, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Best pancakes hands down! - Edit
Cute little restaurant with lovely owners. Good variety on the menu, all cooked fresh. I love the club sandwich, even though I wasn't a club sandwich fan before going vegan! But the winner is clearly the pancakes - they beat out every pancake I've ever eaten in my life, vegan and non-vegan (and I've eaten a lot of pancakes). I wish they served more almond butter to go with it but I keep returning to this place just to get another bite of the pancakes!

Cool spot in a nice area. Had the English breakfast set and baked cheesecake. Everything hit the spot. Bacon was a little too real for me--either way, GREAT service, good vibes and tasty food!

Gimmick - Edit
When I spend three times the price of a local espresso on a coffee, I expect a little more than half a tea-cup of lukewarm 'latte' and extremely patchy wifi. When I reiterated that I wanted an 'extra HOT' latte, the woman took it away to MICROWAVE it and returned it to me after half the contents had overflowed! Granted, after I complained she re-made the coffee, but not really what one expects when being charged the price of two entire meals at a local vegan eatery. Glad I tested out Bonita's coffee before wasting my hard-earned on any of their food.

Wonderful Surprise - Edit
This place was so lovely! It is styled very grandmother bed & breakfast-y, the owner loves running as you can tell that he sells Vibram shoes and most of the books you can read when you wait are either vegetarian or running.
Read moreI went there 5 minutes after the opened on Sunday at 11:30am and was the second person there, so no wait time for me.
I had the delicious american breakfast set, the sausage, egg scramble, hash browns and beans were delicious.
They are all vegan and it's a really cute place to hang out in and meet some cool people.
I loved that the staff would come by and check on me and see how I liked it, (this is hardly seen in many thai restaurants).
I can't wait to go back !
Pros: lovely staff, great food, good location

Lovely Cafe with Great Owners - Edit
I feel guilty rating this place 3 stars because everyone was so unbelievably nice and the decor was so cute, but I was a little underwhelmed by the breakfast combination and Caesar salad in terms of taste. I did see some staff interacting with some cats at closing which was heartwarming-- so I do love the place but not sure I love the food (maybe I'm just spoiled by my Western style vegan food options in NYC).

Gorgeous! - Edit
Gorgeous cafe, radiates a peaceful vibe, easy going clean and friendly... I had the Japanese curry (veg with dates and coconut) rather than the tempting looking teriyaki burger - to have something wholesome and a less like what I'd eat anywhere else - it was lovely! With a nice cold Lao beer the friendly staff member recommended. Really chill and unique vibe - the owner is into natural running and ran across the us so there's lots of pix!

Great - Edit
This is a wonderful little cafe that is such a cute place to sit- just like your front room. It has a very homely feel and the owners make you feel very welcome. The menu is not huge but the dishes are all 100% vegan and taste fabulous. Try the cheesecake, it's divine! Our only fault is that the portion sizes could be a little bigger.
