Super nice! - Edit
Lots of options, super tasty food, awesome for people nostalgic for non-vegan recipes, and above all an amazing atmosphere, super authentic. I had a great time and a great dinner

Delicious, unpretentious. - Edit
One of the joys of being vegan is visiting places you would never have come across as an omni, and Bodhi Vegan is one of those places. It's a small place with polite service. The menu is extensive. The main dishes and rice were delicious. I had the sweet and sour 'fish' and vietnamese rice. I can't wait to return.

good food, big assortment - Edit
As others have mentioned the menu is so long its almost frustrating having to make a choice, I really like that they not only have the basic staple dishes but several authentic (especially vietnamese) dishes you usually can't find in most asian restaurants in europe, and all that in vegan! The servers were super friendly and gave my friend more (vegan) fish sauce since the sauce from the dish wasn't strong enough for her, he made some nice small talk with us as well. We were there late and the restaurant was full nontheless and even till 10pm people regurlarly came in to pick up take away. I liked the ambiance, the restaurant itself was very cute with painted walls and laterns, but the location/area of the place not so much since it was difficult to get back home afterwards. Food was good but I wasn't absolutely amazed/it wasn't anything I haven't had before. The Wonton soup was great and filling, the caramalized mock chicken was a bit of a let down since it reminded me a bit more of duck, it should definitely be ordered with a side dish of rice (I didn't because I couldn't eat that much), the vietnamese dumplings were good and I absolutely adored the lotus seed buns! Tasted exactly as they should, those were my highlight. Food is a bit pricey but not in a way that I'd say is undeserved, you just have to be prepared to pay a bit more if you go here.

Best vegan restaurant i've tried so far - Edit
I took the crispy noodles which was my favorite meal as a kid and it tasted just like i remembered, oh the nostalgia ! The "chicken" was soft, the sauce was delicious, the noodles perfectly crunchy. My friend got the saté noodles (noodles, "meat" and veggies in a peanut coconut sauce) which was sublime too! They use a lot of meat / fish alternatives which make their meals look and taste like the "original" recipies. They also sell some of their alternatives (frozen) if you want to take some home to cook. I will for sure try to go back everytime i come to paris !

Vegan Asian cuisine - Edit
One of the few vegan Asian restaurants in Paris.
Read moreMaybe I had high expectations about the restaurant but I wasn’t that impressed with the food.
Yes it was definitely tasty and well prepared but it wasn’t anything special.
Al lot of their dishes includes vegan meat/fish/seafood so if you’re not into that, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Service was fast but staff seems to be in a hurry and aren’t always friendly.
Prices are a tad on the expensive side but I guess that’s normal for an expensive town as Paris.
Pros: Vegan menu, Lots of options, Fast service
Cons: A tad expensive , Staff aren’t always friendly

Great! - Edit
Plenty of choices! The food I had was very good and the man at the check out was very kind and smiling! Not putting 5 stars just because I had only 2 dishes so I can't judge the rest of it.

Average food in an average restaurant - Edit
I went with a friend, we ordered a few dishes to share: maki, mango salad, fried noodles, deep fried veggies.
Read moreThe maki were eatable but really not exciting.
The salad was fresh and overall quite nice.
The noodles were not exciting at all. To salty, no distinct flavors.
The deep fried veggies were bad.
The menu has tons of dishes, all incorporating some fake meat. If that's not what you're looking for, you won't have much to eat.
Service was minimal.
I won't visit again.
Pros: Lots of dishes
Cons: Fake meat everywhere, Average taste at best, Sub par service

Pretty good - Edit
Has a huge selection of different vegan Asian dishes, and friendly service. The clay pot noodles and vermicelli we had as mains were good, as was the papaya sald starter. The maki rolls were a little boring.

Good - Edit
Really enjoyed the starters (nr. 21), but the main dish I ordered (vegan fish with sweet and sour sauce) was quite bland. Server was kind but I think there were too many guests for one person to wait on, and he had to deal with takeout orders as well.

Athentic phô - Edit
As a big pho lover I can say I’m quite picky when it comes to asian soups but this vegan phô was delectable with variety of plant based garnishes. I’d very much like to try other dishes of them. The price was very affordable as well so what more to say ?

Very authentic - Edit
I went here bc of all the good reviews (and because my hotel was close) and it certainly did not disappoint. Had the “prawns” and the cashew “chicken” and both tasted super rich and authentic. It was enough for me, but if you are very hungry do not forget to order a side like rice because this is not automatically included. Staff was also super nice.

Delicious, Authentic Meal - Edit
Bodhi is on the outskirts of Paris but reasonably accessible by Metro if you are in search of a richly flavored meal.
Read moreI ordered the crispy duck, tofu clay pot, and lotus seed buns. The crispy duck had a wildly satisfying crispy outside and tender inside with a perfectly balanced sauce between sweet and savory. The tofu was firm without being gamey and came in a spicy (upon request) sauce. The Lotus cakes were sweet and soft and filled with a warm hazelnut-like paste.
Do note that while the food is high quality, the portions are relatively small (compared to Asian dishes in the US). The lower prices are thus deceiving since you might need to order two plates to get your fill.
