Not to be missed! - Edit
This is my very favourite restaurant in town: I regularly visit it and the food is always delicious. The menu consists of a few well-thought dishes and changes often. Everything is homemade and they even make great vegan cheese you can buy for take away.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is my favourite restaurant in the whole world. I've never had a bad experience there and I'm always looking forward to my next visit. Their menu generally isn't huge, but there has always been something I like the sound of. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the vibe is great.

It’s a completely vegan restaurant with genuinely good food. Allergens are clearly marked in the menu and on the website, which is great. I have also eaten here with omnivores and they loved the food too!

Were sceptical because of the prices, but worth it, the potions are perfect and the food was delicous. They have a small menu but enough variety, so everyone will find something they enjoy. Would recommend!

Informal, cozy atmosphere with green plants and upcycled furniture. The vegan cheezes we had as a starter were absolutely amazing. We had dandan noodles and seitan "no butter, no chicken" and were blown away by how tasty the dishes were. I would love to return here again anytime. Wonderful cakes and sweets for dessert.

I really wanted to love this place. The food was ok but unfortunately quite basic and overpriced. Service didn’t match their dinner prices. Their homemade smoked cheese was very good though!

I went to Blackbird in September of 2018. The food was amazing! So amazing that we went two nights in a row because we loved the food that much! I had the tortellini both nights and honestly couldn't believe that it was vegan, it was so flavorful and creamy. My boyfriend had the burrito which was also really good and extremely flavorful. If I ever make it back to Gothenburg I would 100% go back to Blackbird! Honestly one of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to!

All vegan restaurant with great, nice personell. The food was amazing. I took the "Schitzel med Grönpepparsås & potatis" and I was happily suprised. Delicious and the plate came with enough food for a grown man.

The food was really good, but could have been a little more. Unfortunately, closing times are different now (at least for some time? 9 pm) so we couldn't fill up with dessert and left a little unsatisfied. Nevertheless, definitely worth a visit and supposedly great atmosphere under regular conditions!

Entirely vegan. Such a cozy place. Pretty cheap, definitely worth the price! Also offers vegan "julbord" during christmas times which is awesome. They also sell their own cheeses, seitan, potatosalads and other delicious stuff, I love it.

If you fancy a proper restaurant meal - it’s the place to go! They have great vegan cheese selection and rotating menu with some vegan used versions of traditional Swedish dishes. Good selection of vegan drinks, too! Recommended! 🖤
