Best vegan breakfast I had in Vegas - Edit
Great diner environment, very casual and welcoming, with incredible staff and an impressive menu of delicious food that can satisfy everyone from omnivores to vegans. However, the vegan options they offer are fanatstic, and I was assures they cook all their vegan food in separate places. Their vegan menu has both breakfast and lunch and I can attest the vegan steak n eggs and vegan omelet are phenomenal. Also worth noting there is a free parking lot for this place since it's off the strip. Highly recommended.

Pretty good + lots of vegan options - Edit
I ordered the Vegan Omelet with vegan chicken, veggies, and vegan cheese inside of it, and toast and potatoes on the side. It was pretty good. The veggs are made from Just Egg, and I believe they said the vegan chicken is from Beyond Meat. They also have vegan butter.
Read moreI just have a preference for my omelet ingredients (vegan cheese, veggies, and vegan meat) to be cooked within the Just Egg and not put directly inside of it (after the Just Egg is finished cooking) like a sandwich. It tastes better when it's cooked and mixed into the Just Egg, in my opinion. Other than that, it was pretty good.
The menu has clearly labled vegan breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and side options. The waitress discussed the vegan options with me without me even telling her I was vegan or that I wanted the vegan menu. I love that she was inclusive and discussed their vegan options to everyone she served. The waitress also said they cook all their vegan food separately away from the non-vegan food.

One vegan and three omnivores all left happy. Can't remember the last time I had an omelet! Service was great. Food was great. Wish nondairy creamer were on the table but that's minor. Will certainly be back.

Overall the experience was wonderful. Staff was lovely, and incredibly accommodating. The wide menu gave me the option to try all of my old breakfast favs! I ordered the Jackpot Breakfast and black coffee (JUST eggs, waffle/French toast, potato, and sausage), and needless to say, it was incredible. The vegan sausage was cooked perfectly, as well as the eggs and NY style potatoes. But the real highlight was the waffle. I have never had a waffle this good. My non vegan boyfriend also said that he would order it over a non vegan waffle any day😄Their coffee was also incredible, it’s rare to find a black coffee that isn’t insanely bitter. Besides the food, and the prices (super reasonable compared to the strip), the restaurant was clean and well put together. If you are looking for a great breakfast, don’t bother with the strip, take this 15 minute drive and be happily surprised.

Amazing classic diner with lots of delicious vegan options and the staff is super cool. Sure, they have more non vegan options than vegan ones, but everything you could wish for is available vegan: chicken waffle, omelette, sandwichs, cake, burgers... Had the chicken waffle and it was so so good! They use beyond chicken and the waffle was also really tasty. Also the coffee is good! So happy we found this place!

I ordered the Breakfast Bowl from the Vegan section of the menu. What a treat! It was loaded with fresh ingredients and the flavor was outstanding! My husband was able to order eggs and we both ordered a side of fresh fruit (pineabpple, cantaloupe & honeydew). Service was outstanding as well - would definitely recommend and go there again for a breakfast that keeps you full until dinner!

This was a nice surprise. It’s not near the Strip but close enough and worth the trip for a hot breakfast! Highly recommend the breakfast bowl and sour dough toast! It’s so nice that even the cheese and butter is vegan, and they have oat milk for coffee. I’d definitely go back!

I hit the jackpot and I came here for the first time found out that that was on the menu, The Jackpot! I find it extremely rare that I can go and eat vegan / vegetarian food and not walk away still hungry. Here you get plentiful and very tasty food. Served by a most friendly staff!

They have a great vegan menu. I had the jackpot breakfast. Eggs, hash browns and sausage were delicious, the French toast was top notch. Our server was so friendly and helpful. My husband had the vegan steak and eggs. He loved it. The steak is a signature mix of seitan, mushrooms and pea protein marinated to make it juicy.
Read moreThe server, Cindy, gave us a piece of lemon cheesecake to try. It’s made by a woman who runs the vegan culinary school in Vegas. They don’t do vegan pancakes because they don’t have the space on the griddle. The vegan cooking space is separate from the carnivore kitchen space.
The hours are wrong on HappyCow. They open at 7:30 am 7 days a week.
They have oat milk and almond milk for your coffee.

The workforce was upbeat and exciting. They have options for all vegans and non vegans. So if your home is divided perfect place to go. The atmosphere is like and old school diner. Love it. Food was absolutely delicious.
