Yummy bagel - Edit
The vegan option is delicious. The wait time can be long at busy times however they give you a buzzer so you can go and sit in the square while you wait

Delish Bagels in Budapest - Edit
Walked by this small bagel shop several times and finally stopped in for a quick bite after touring Budapest. Got the vegan avocado bagel sandwich. Excellent poppy seed bagel with a nice chew and taste. Fillings were plentiful and unique ( balsamic vinegar in a bagel is good!) for a bagel shop and hit the spot on a hot afternoon, as did the fresh squeezed OJ. In a meat heavy city I appreciate this spot offering a few vegan options. Great view of the Cathedral as well.

Nice bagels - Edit
From what I've read, there are 3 vegan options: a bagel with just vegan cream cheese, one with avocado and one with vegan feta, dried tomatoes, arugula, vegan cream cheese and a vegan mayonnaise. The bagel was tasty, but I found the bagel itself a bit dry. But I don't have much experience with bagels, maybe that's how they have to be. The bagel with feta costs 3,900 HUF (about 10 EUR), which I personally think is a lot.

Would be nice to have more than two options on the menu, but still, the brutal vegan bagel was delicious- generous filling, lots of lovely vegan feta made this a great lunch break

Great breakfast spot - Edit
These bagels are to die for! I do wish there were some more creative vegan fillings but for a 3 day trip the vegan cream cheese satisfied me. The sunny morning atmosphere at 8.30 before the other restaurants have opened and the fresh produce is being delivered with a view of St Stephen’s is unmatched.

Really nice bagel - Edit
Being a previous native New Yorker, I get picky with bagels. Had a plain vegan bagel with veggie cream cheese. I LOVED it. Nice crispy outside with a good chew inside. It’s not technically like a normal bagel but my goodness it was nice. The cream cheese was smooth and creamy and not like the normal gritty texture of ones I’m used to. A nice breakfast grab and go item for sure

Tasty bagel - Edit
There was limited choice on the menu - only two bagel options, and they were both quite similar. I went for the vegan avocado bagel and it was very nice, although fairly expensive.

Ate here for brunch twice on my trip because I loved it that much. I had the brutal vegan bagel which came with vegan cream cheese, vegan feta cheese, avocado, mediterranean mayo, salad and sun dried tomatoes! Great location aswell and even in the winter months the outdoor seating has heaters. 100% recommend #Veganuary

Good bagel - Edit
I've been craving a good Bagel for a while so I was happy to find out they had vegan options. It was pretty good and service was quick. There is a small outdoor seating area that was pretty crowded both times I went. It was a bit pricey but overall not bad for fulfilling a 3 month long Bagel craving while traveling. I ordered an iced coffee thinking it would come as a black coffee but I was bummed to find out they pre mix it with milk so there is no non-dairy iced coffee option. They have non dairy milk for lattes and such though.

NOT VEGAN - Edit
These bagels are not vegan even though they clearly labeled that they were. I ordered the brutal vegan best bagel and a bagel with vegan cream cheese. I have a severe dairy allergy and I took a few bites and knew immediately that this has some kind of milk in it. If you are vegetarian this is a great option and it tasted good, but either there is cross contamination or they are lying about the bagel being vegan because there was serious milk products used in it.

Brutal vegan best bagel was amazing, probably the best bagel I’ve ever had (vegan or otherwise). That said, it could do with less feta and more of the red mayonnaise, which is amazing.

cannot beat a good bagel - Edit
you order inside & a lovely lady takes your order ,wait roughly 6-10 minutes tops and voilà BAGELS ARRIVE (in these really cute baskets) they were filled to the brim , gorgeously proportional with every ingredient, so much flavour !! i could 5 of these no problem. they had vegan options as well as non vegan. a very small restaurant/takeaway spot of you will, they do have cosy seating outside which was lovely as it’s located a long busy side street so you can sit back watch the world & enjoy delicious food, i really cannot recommend this place enough bagels were top notch i tell you (to my preference anyway)
