Die Hummus Bowl war echt unglaublich lecker 😋 auch der Brownie ist einen Versuch wert. Ich habe definitiv vor nochmal wieder zu kommen und weitere Gerichte auszuprobieren.

Tasty!!! - Edit
I was so happy to see this place when I got to Lagos. It’s definitely something Albufeira is missing, a proper burrito place. The food is amazing and there is lots on offer for Vegans, including deserts. The portions are big, the salsa is amazing, especially the mango one.
Read moreDefinitely a winner.
Pros: The Salsa, Vegan Deserts, Customer artwork on napkins dawning the walls
Cons: it’s only in Lagos

Clever concept, tasty burritos! - Edit
Normally you choose your food and drinks, the waiter/waitress comes and you order the chosen ones. But at “Beats & Burritos” you get a paper with ticks to fill out. Your name, what should be in your burrito or if you want to choose a starter...Very creative.
Read moreI was strongly surprised when the waitress came just around five minutes after our order. I mean, wow!
The best way to eat there is Takw-Away or just lunch. At the evening it can get very full and a bit...hm, uncomfortable.
Despite that it’s great! Try it.
Pros: Food comes amazingly fast to you
Cons: A bit uncomfortable

Really great lunch - Edit
Stopped here for some lunch and it was amazing. It has a cool concept to write on your menu what you would like before taking to the kitchen. I got the soft tacos, of which you get three small open tacos and my bf got the burrito.
Read moreOnly one vegan option (chickpeas - but there are also black beans and rice in all the options) and for the rest of the menu being vegan means ticking less boxes. It would have been nice to have vegan cheese or sour cream alternatives.
Still the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We would come back again.
Pros: Tasty food, Good value
Cons: No cheese or cream alternatives

the vibe here is amazing !! and the burritoes are some of the best we ever had. make sure to book a table in advance if you dont want to do take away, and know that the desserts are the healthy kinda - we had a sweet potato brownie that I loved, but my boyfriend did not enjoy it. so be warned ;)

Great value for money! - Edit
We went here twice and it was really great! The price is very reasonable for the size and they also do some vegan sides. I would say though that there is a €1 charge for guacamole which always annoys me considering you are not paying for cheese and sour cream, it should be free! However, for a good sized burrito it was €7 which I thought was very reasonable. The best thing about this place though is the desserts, which are all vegan! We had the cheesecake and sweet potato brownie, and both were delicious. Definitely recommend :)

Cons: You have to pay for guacamole

Good burritos + desserts - Edit
The burritos were really good and we could choose which ingredients to put in it. There were three vegan desserts : banana/avocado pudding, red berry cheesecake and sweet potatoe brownie. We tasted them all and I reccommend getting the cheesecake because it tasted the best.
Read moreThey also make smoothies but we didn't get any because we were full after one burrito and one dessert

Cons: No possibility to eat outside

5 stars!! - Edit
We loved this place! It was very vegan friendly and delicious. The price was fair, a burrito, soft tacos, nachos and a water for €17. It had a build your own approach so you could whatever spin on it you wanted.
Read moreThey also made all their own sauces, my personal favorite was their mango salsa, I've never even liked it before but it was the best!
We can't give it 5 stars since it serves meat but the flavor, ambiance, music and service was all there ?
Pros: You get a pen with the menu and just mark what you
Cons: Serves meat

very nice Veggie burritos and smoothies - Edit
Cool little place in Lagos, not to badly priced with a reasonable amount of veggie options for burritos.
Read moreThe superfood smoothies on offer were really nice.
Would recommend especially as there's not much else on offer in Lagos for Veggies. I'm currently trying to be Vegan but that's near impossible here.
Beats and Burritos gets a thumbs up from me. (PS, I now realise they do offer some Vegan options which I'll check out tomorrow)

cool and unique - Edit
This is a funky and friendly place. The aroma from the kitchen as you enter is wonderful and the taste matches this welcoming fragrance. Great veggie and vegan labelling and vegans are taken serious here. It's a great place to relax, it's unpretentious, has a nice vibe and is different to other bars and restaurants. I would return here just for a drink because it's so cool but the fact that it serves vegan food makes it an absolute must place to visit when in Lagos.

Hit that Perfect Beat Boy.... - Edit
...said Jimmy Somerville from Bronski Beat. This place hits all the right beats for me. Cool, retro, down to earth, non pretentious and laid back. Vegan options are excellent. We went for the burrito, which was without doubt amazing and nachos with tomato and mango salsa dips. The burrito came wrapped in foil, it was piping hot and full to the brim with rice, veggies and pulses. There's plenty of hot chilli sauces on the table to spice things up too. Pick up a menu flyer at your table and tick what you want including fillings and sauces. Vegan is not a problem here. Not a problem at all. In fact, one of the chefs is vegan too. Together with a large and a small Estrella Galicia beer the whole bill came to €14.50. Guaranteed to be back if in Lagos again.

Good option for vegans in Lagos - Edit
Nice place, good decor and cool atmosphere. Vegan friendly options on the wall and clearly marked and easy to order what you need. At the time I visited one of the staff was also a vegan. Burrito good - had veggie filling (chickpeas) with options like tomato, coriander, beans, rice etc. Reasonable price too!

Great burritos - Edit
These were perhaps the best burritos I've had anywhere. Vegan burritos from a non-vegan place are often quite bland - rice, beans, guacamole if you're lucky, but these were addictive - I wanted to order another one but was too embarrassed.
Read moreThey have vegan items listed on a blackboard and the way you order your burrito means that it's really clear what you're getting - you tick the boxes if you want the item e.g. cheese, mango salsa etc. Definitely recommend getting the mango salsa!
Everything was really fresh and the service was really friendly and informed.
