The place is amazing and also the menu. They have a lot of vegan options. We ordered several dishes because we were so excited. Unfortunately they all didnt taste so good and have been served in a unloving way.

Our second home in Goa! - Edit
Bean Me Up was our home for just over two weeks during Christmas and New Year - they have B&B guest rooms on-site.
Read moreTheir huge menu covers all types of cuisines and this was the first vegan restaurant we found in India that served beer, wine and cocktails, which helped with our Christmas celebrations. The food is outstanding and the outdoor setting is beautiful. Friendly and attentive service too.
We ate so much here during our stay and highlights were garlic mushroom wontons, nacho supreme salad, American sundae, classic margherita pizza (delicious), chocolate walnut cake, bbq seitan sandwich, assorted vegancheese platter, batter fried spiced tofu (we loved this), scrambled tofu with soysages (my daily breakfast) and taste of the middle east. Other great dishes include Thai curry, seitan Siam, spinach paratha, banana split and more!
If you ever make it to Goa, there are a lot of vegan-friendly places, but Bean Me Up is (for me personally) a must!
Pros: Extensive vegan menu - you won’t get bored, Serves beer, wine and cocktails , Excellent atmosphere and fab music

Idea is good but the way you make it can be better - Edit
So first; Love this idea of this place cos this is only one here around where all food are vegan. Here its pretty hard to get vegan pizzas, pastas or burritos somewhere else. But! Sadly food is just ok - taste is just ”ok Im eating” and things are mostly like ”salt and pepper” style. Theres also one thing i doesn’t like; they charge you more than its reading at menu. Menu price doesnt including taxes or tips. Taxes you should plus it to menu price. Tips i should pay by from me - about how service was.

This place has a great vibe and amazing food. We got the BBQ tempeh pizza which was outstanding. Great change up from Indian food. The hummus was also delicious. Do not miss this place if you’re traveling to Goa!

Overrated but if your around go for it - Edit
Hmmm.now my partner and I were staying 12 km away from this place and on happy cow it is by far the most popular vegan establishment around with a 5 start rating with almost everyone saying that, so yep we had to go try it out with high expectations. Unfortunately was let down!! Now I’m starting to think am I just to harsh when it comes to reviewing or do other people just review way to generously. And i came to conclusion that there is no way this place deserves 5 stars if I could give 2 1/2 stars I would, I just gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I’m going of my honest experience and it wasn’t very pleasant. Now if your wondering yes I know I’m in India and yes I do lower my expected standards of establishments here comparing to the western world but like I said this experience still had me leaving un satisfied. Let’s start off with staff. unprofessional and I can say this because I’ve been in India 1 month now and I’ve been served by respectable professionals and this place was far from it. Our waiter was distracted and when taking our order kept looking away and we had to pause in between now and then.. then walks off without a care in the world that we exsist. My partner got the make your own salad and I got the bbq seitan sandwich.. sandwich yeah basic and it tasted delicious actually but the only problem was that on the menu it says comes with a side salad and chips and if your like me you expect, yeah maybe a basic salad but not one piece of cucumber and tomato along with a tiny piece of lettuce leaf and if your expecting actual chips get ready to be disappointed coz you get a lousy 4 small strips of yam chips wow is what I actually felt when it came.. now the salad. now my partner had to go through what she picked like about 5 times coz like I said the waiter was very distracted so she felt like she got the salad message though to his head.. but that wasn’t the case the salad came with ingredients that she didn’t even ask for let down!!
Read moreSo now dessert.. we were there and even though we were a little disappointed with mains we had to try the ice cream as we hadn’t had vegan ice cream in a while... we decided to get the sundae!! Along with a a side of chocolate walnut cake And oh my this was the biggest let down of the day.. if your expecting to enjoy the ice cream at all well don’t be because your getting 90 percent nuts and the rest Ice cream!! Check pictures!! And the cake dry and tasteless!! I’m not a harsh reviewer I’m just a honest one!
Pros: A lot of vegan options , All vegan
Cons: Needs improvement with staff and food

Good food, tho a little bland - Edit
Many options, tried the cheese plate which where I only found the cream cheese interesting. All was made of cashew without much taste difference, but different texture.
Read morePasta was very heavy without any greens (again made on cashews) and bread a little dry.
Came back for breakfast where the omelet is really nice, soysages ok, scrambled tofu a little dry and very tumericy.
Coffee, vegan coffee icecream are amazing tho.
Overall we’ve had better vegan meals, but it’s still good :)
Pros: Only vegan and a lot of options , Space is amazing
Cons: Staff could be better , More fresh salads and taste difference

would move to india just for Bean Me Up - Edit
Me and my partner went to Bean Me Up couple of times while staying in Goa. Sitting at the restaurant is fun, monkeys playing around and the area is really pretty. We recommend the Lasagne, vegan cheese platter, the basil noodles and the pizzas. The fresh mint lemonade is perfect! They also have desserts and delicious breakfast menu. Their Health Shop is also really nice and we bought some food, gifts and creams there💗FAV RESTAURANT IN GOA

Must try for Anjuna! - Edit
This place is amazing. From start to finish I had a great experience here. We had air conditioned indoor seating and got a few different dishes. The food was high quality and very delicious and the service was fast (especially compared to every other place we've been to in Anjuna!) and friendly. My only regret is that we didn't stay in the rooms here so that we could eat there all day long.

Exceptional menu, fantastic atmosphere and nice staff. So many drink options you had to actually choose what you want! I went back and back and back and got up early for breakfast. I wasn't disappointed. So so impressive. Amazingly well priced. I miss it so much. It was so nutritious and healthy and wonderfully tasty. Life changingly brilliant.

Love this place! - Edit
Have spent a total of 7 months so far in Anjuna/Vagator so have eaten here dozens of times. Such a cool restaurant, love their ethos and the beautiful garden setting.
Read moreThe menu is huge and 100% vegan with loads of variety, so I never got bored. Some items I enjoyed less than others, but most were 10/10 delicious! My all time favourites were the pesto pasta and nacho salad. They just introduced a new summer menu as we left Goa so I’m sure there’s some new items that we didn’t get to try that are also great.
If you’re vegan and in Goa (or even if you’re not), Bean Me Up is an absolute must-try :)

Loved this place! - Edit
Incredible impressive vegan food! So many choices. Warm, friendly, helpful staff! Was so grateful to find Bean Me Up after a couple weeks in India. And we were really excited when we discovered it was a hotel as well! What could be better then walking out of your hotel room right into a vegan restaurant in a sweet outdoor setting with a ton of options. Our room came with a continental breakfast for 2 which was no regular continental breakfast. There were 3 options that were all hearty & delicious plus orange juice and coffee with warm almond or coconut milk. It was heaven.

Ate here every meal! - Edit
We ate here for every meal during our stay in Vagator the food was that good. After travelling around India for the last few weeks, Bean Me Up was a welcomed break from Indian food and to find somewhere that was purely vegan. There was a large menu to make our way through- all healthy food that can cater to everyone, gluten free/raw/nut free etc. We loved the outdoor setting full of plants and trees and atmospheric music. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We would recommend the lasagne, wild burrito and tempeh the most aswell as the vegan omlette for breakfast. We found the prices to be very good considering the setting and quality ingredients. The portions were huge - you could definitely share some of the dishes between two!

Nice place but a little bit expensive. - Edit
Nice location and easy to find.
Read moreThe main dish was very delicious, but the "salad" was only one slice of cucumber and tomato and a small piece of green salad. So altogether it was a little bit to expensive.
Service was very fast. But they add 10% service fee.
The process with the WiFi was very annoying. You need to put in a lot of informations (name, date of birth, mobile number,...) and afterwards it didn't worked properly.
There is a small shop there, too. Some things like peanut butter, tahina, soap, clothings (also for children) available.
Pros: Fully vegan, Service very fast
Cons: WiFi, little bit expensive

Bean me up was on top of my list of restaurants to visit in India. Yes from the whole country..
Read moreIt was the only reason why I went to vagator, but I'm glad I did because vagator is great!
Bean me up was beyond all my expectations. The service was amazing
The seating area is big, but still peaceful
The portions of food are big and served with a good amount of veggies
The menu is clear and has plenty to choose from
Rent a scooter to get there from where you're staying and just go there for each meal
We tried almost everything, but I recommend: the wild burrito (!), the raw pies, green smoothie, iced chai (!), wrap with tofu, pizza with tofu and veggies, khao soi, vegan sausages
What I liked less: the sorbets had a lot of fruit in them and it destroyed the icecream experience, the tasting platter, the salads are mostly lettuce
Pros: fully vegan, lots of glutenfree options, amazing service
Cons: tax not included, not for budget travelers, same staff all day everyday, aren't they working t
