Easy vegan mala soup with great variety - Edit
Located in the Bistro Bytes cloud kitchen on level 2, you place your order at the self-ordering kiosk and then wait while they prepare and serve it up in one of the lockers provided, which you can open with either a PIN or QR code as printed on your receipt.
Read moreI had the extra spicy (大辣) mala milky soup bowl, but they have non-milky, non-spicy, and tom yam soup options as well. My order took a little longer to prepare than expected - close to 20mins with no other orders - and I think they might have missed out my yuba (don't see it in my photos, nor do I recall eating it), but I did find my meal flavourful and satisfying - even if not nearly as spicy as I would like. Curious to try their tom yam soup next time!
The cloud kitchen houses Sandwich Saigon and Green Signature as well, so you can mix and match your own plant-based meal as you like. They accept GrabPay too, so aunties and aunties-at-heart can offset their purchases with points. 😍

New i12 vegan place - new concept - Edit
This is a new food ordering concept where there is no physical store, and everyone orders from a touch screen counter. You will need to select a base with 7 mandatory items. Promo code is available for first X qty of orders for the day. Checked with staff, that there is no onion and garlic for the food.

I was trying out Bao Bao Vegan Mala Soup & Noodles for the first time today. I had the mala milky soup bowl (mildly spicy), which I really enjoyed it. Lovely flavour.

The locker-style takeaway concept at the Bistro Bytes is interesting, but I wish they also offer eat-in options to reduce the single use of plastic products.
