Good tipical vegans options

Very tasty tipucal food. The sauces where excellents, but we didn't had a lot of plantain bananas. The service was ok. The hot sauce is amazing!

Pros: Wonderfull hot sauce, Good gombo sauce

Cons: Not a lot of bananas, Service ok

Lovely Dinner

I had dinner there with my friends the other day and was spoiled culinary. The service was great and the ambience harmonious. I can highly recommend going there if you want to eat authentic and lovingly prepared West African food. Unfortunately, I can only give 4 stars because the food was not completely vegan.

Pros: excellent food, big portions, good value

Cons: not vegan

Super tasty and aesthetically pleasing!

A very good friend of mine took me to Bantabaa to show me some of the west-african cuisine. I had not had much prior experience with west-african food and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Lots of tasty gravy enriched with refined spices and herbs in very different variations.

The service is very friendly and forthcoming and we did not wait very long for our food to arrive. I would easily give this a five star rating, but there are a few meat options on the menu.

If you want to try something new, don't hesitate, this will be delicious and fun!

Pros: Rich tasty gravy, Friendly service, Beautiful interior design

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Berlin

Nice food from Gambia!

Pleasant restaurant with nice food

I went here for lunch to try domoda stew but, upon realising it included kumera (I don't like kumera), I ordered the yassa instead. It was some very nice rice with mustard and lots of vegetables and fried plantains. The restaurant ambience was also enjoyable, with Gambian music and decorations around the place.
