Worth a visit - Edit
The ice cream is good and they are knowledgeable on veganism. Hold the honey and everything should be vegan. The only reason I am only giving three stars is the steep price.

It’s good - Edit
This place is pretty good but it’s just touristy. That being said it is good ice cream and it’s super convenient.

Banan - Edit
Nice little spot to get a refreshing and healthy snack on a hot day in Waikiki. Had the banana/acai cup and liked it a lot. The alley and stand are very Instagramy with surfboards stored against the walls.

Good stuff - Edit
I went here twice and while I personally didn’t like the original banana soft serve, I really enjoyed The Amazon flavor. It is essentially an acai base. I added peanut butter, granola and chocolate to mine and it was truly amazing. Here’s a great place to go for a after dinner snack or even for breakfast. The staff was also super friendly in helping me figure out the menu. Most of the menu was vegan except for the honey which you can ask to omit.

vegan dessert that replaces ice cream - Edit
Having a nice frozen snack in Hawaii is exactly what Banan Waikiki offers. This frozen non dairy style ice cream is top with fresh fruit and honey. Not too sweet just the right amount sweet goodness to enjoy and not feel guilty. Great option when others are eating traditional ice cream you can come here and hv a beautiful treat and not feel left out

Serves honey and not tasty. - Edit
I ordered the original and the amazon. Both ice creams were bland. The toppings were... 🤷🏻♀️meh. The coffee was okay but the coconut milk they added was coagulated and didn’t cream my coffee at all. For two bowls and the coffee it was nearly $40... not worth it.

Fantastic banana ‘nice cream’ - Edit
I found Banán online before we came to Honolulu and was so excited to try a papaya ‘boat!’ The soft serve is made from bananas and it’s delicious! All the fun toppings make it even more special. My husband and I definitely want to go back before the end of our trip.

good - Edit
Had the açaí ice cream minus the honey and added chocolate. Super pricey but was happy to find something cool on a hot day. Workers weren’t the friendliest and didn’t seem that happy.

Worth every penny - Edit
It's pricy, but it is to be expected being right by Waikiki beach. I got the Riss More without honey on a papaya boat, and it was delicious. I highly recommend splurging on this.

Must go! - Edit
This place was a nice surprise to find. Delicious vegan swirls. Beware though because their creations have honey. You can just ask them not to put it. They are very accommodating

After going into every sorbet place and pastry place to ask for vegan options I found this place and it is the best!!! Yummy and doesn’t immediately melt. 10/10 and cute shirts.

Such a treat - Edit
This was a great find for banana and Açaí soft serve, with lots of toppings. The location was a little tricky to find at night. Look for the row of surfboards.

Waikiki food is generally meat and dairy based so really nice to find this place. It is expensive but all food is expensive in Waikiki. Friendly staff

Only Vegan Ice Cream in Waikiki - Edit
Compared to many other spots in the US, Waikiki is a vegan ice cream desert... so we were excited to stumble upon Banan. The ice cream is pricy - from $7 - and unsurprisingly very banana-y, but nice for something different.
