Original and flavorful dishes - Edit
Balaio is an amazing restaurant by chef Rodrigo Oliveira. It is quite popular, so if you don't make a reservation you might have to wait for a while before you get a table. The design is beautiful and vegan options are clearly labeled in their menu. We shared the yucca for starters and it was really good! Crunchy and topped with a tasty garlic cream. The main dish I chose was the mushrooms. A beautiful dish, rich in different flavors and textures. For dessert, I had the yellow fruits, and it was delicious! Very refreshing. It was an expensive meal, but everything was really original and well made. I would recommend it for special occasions or for getting a taste of fancy Brazilian food!

A Michelin bibi gourmand restaurant with vegan options (wine options included). The restaurant is at the ground floor, the cafe at the fifth. Tried the mushroom dish and it was delicious
