A vegan restaurant offers homemade Asian Indian dishes on a donation system without a fixed price. Uses raw, organic, local and seasonal products. Volunteers come to participate in the kitchen to learn how to make certain foods, including vegetable milk, tofu, vegetable steaks or make vegan and gluten-free cuisine as well as Ayurvedic menus. Serves bread with activated carbon, vegan steak quinoa with coral lens, mushrooms and spices, vegan mayonnaise made with soy milk, oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, a touch of turmeric and vegan ketchups with tomato concentrate, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, pepper and vinegar.
