Healthy and gustative - Edit
Large choice of vegan dishes. Originally fully vegan, the owner had to readjust the menu because of lack of interest from locals so please, let the vegan community support the change ! Loved the pumpkin soup, tasty quesadillas and juicy burgers ! The restaurant is on a huge plaza with an artificial stream where you can leave your kids jump around while you enjoy the cosyness of the restaurant !

Small restaurant with a staff count of 2. The waiter was friendly and chatty. He pointed out when ordering (portobello burger) that there is no meat in it. I said "that's why I'm here". He mentioned that to be on the safe side, as there had already been complaints from people expecting meat. Sad, but that's all you need to know about some meat eaters.

Nice place, close to RAI - Edit
Update Nov 2023: it really pains me to say this since I genuinely liked the place, but Aubergini has fallen from grace. The prices have gone way up, whilst the quality has gone down (ie “hot” chocolate was lukewarm at best and the near €22 poke bowl was quite small with very little sauce and undercooked eggplant). Plus I got served cow’s milk instead of oat milk. Of course making mistakes is human and the staff were very apologetic, but if you’re going to charge these kinds of prices I expect better.

The sandwiches (especially the hot dog) are still good though, so that’s something.
Update Jan 2023: unfortunately added a meat based burger to the menu. Still a nice place, but am a little disappointed.

Very good food with a decent choice. This is very much a vegan prioritising place with a few meat options. I had a delicious poke bowl with tofu and my partner had quesadilla. Both were great.

Not a bad place but a little disappointed when this place is so highly rated. Lots of choice, my husband and I both got the vegan burger and fries. The burger was excellent but the fries were a big let down and weren’t properly cooked either. I also didn’t like that they charged extra for ketchup and vegan mayo.

Found this place near our hotel in RAI and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not fine dining but a nice relaxed wee place with an almost fully veggie/vegan menu. The enchilada was tasty and my partner enjoyed his mushroom burger. I wouldn’t travel from the centre just to find it but if you’re in the area then it’s worth visiting.

What a lovely place! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! I can recommend this place very much! We’re gonna go back for sure. Little bit expensive but so worth it! Really nice place to take friends/family to who don’t eat vegan a lot. You don’t miss a thing here.

Read moreI'm super happy with this new kid on the block & mostly because I love eggplant & they know how to prepare it. I had the taco & eggplant wrap & the warm apple pie. The decoration is very nice & cosy, the people are super friendly & it's simply a great place.

Read moreThe atmosphere is not cozy at all, it feels like you're sitting at a food court in a train station or something like that.
The waitress wiped the table next to ours, and when the cleaning rag fall to the floor she just picked it up and continued wiping the table. I don't want to know what goes on in the kitchen in terms of hygiene.
The food is mediocre frozen food that has been heated. No own creations, no effort to offer something special, just someone wanting to make money off of veganism.
The owner was very salesy.

Wat een leuk tentje! Veel keuze uit diverse gerechten. Bereid in de keuken waar wij binnen konden kijken door het raam, dat was leuk. De bediening was een beetje verlegen, maar vriendelijk en verzorgend en dat is het belangrijkst! Mijn non-vegan vader had de Chick no chick - een goed gevulde wrap en vond die heerlijk. Ik had de fajitas, de double portie is gewoon een goed vullende maaltijd. En we hadden de betterballs. Het was allemaal heel lekker! En wat is het fijn om in een restaurant met een gerust hart een wijntje te bestellen omdat er bij staat vermeld dat deze vegan is. De prijs van € 44 voor twee gerechten, de bitterballen en 4 drankjes. Dat vond ik erg meevallen. Wij waren onderweg naar een concert in de ziggo dome, Aubergini was op de route, we konden heel makkelijk in parkeergarage Flow parkeren. En na afloop weer verder rijden. Echt een aanrader!
