Nice vegan tapas options - Edit
The best thing was that they had a tapas size option of many dishes so I had a chance to test 3 different dishes. The prices may have been more expensive than in tapas bars usually, but they do organic and local dishes and even their own vegan cheese.
Read moreI had carrot and ginger soup which was tasty, but quite ordinary dish. Then I had their salad with home made vegan cheese that made the salad special. Without the cheese the salad would have been bland. Then I had their very tasty kimchi (which was not hot spicy) that came with some rice and soy sauce.
Pros: Tapas sizes let you taste many dishes

Great food, quick service, generous portions - Edit
Great service, lovely food - I got the seitan stir fry - it was a massive portion, so I got it to take away. I ate it cold the next day and it was still very tasty! I had fresh orange too.

Decent quinoa burger - Edit
A nice little place. I had the quinoa burger and salad. It was nice enough but a bit too much dressing etc for me (but that is just my taste). The only vegan dessert was white chocolate and lemon “soup”?! Wasn’t sure what this was so if anyone can enlighten?! Probably a good place if you’re with omnivores.

Many clearly marked vegan options. 5 stars (but won’t let me give 5) - Edit
Servers very educated on options. I’d give it 5 stars if Happy Cow could let me.

Nice lunch - Edit
I went to Astrid for lunch and sat outside. The atmosphere is really cosy and the staff is super friendly. I asked for vegan options and had some delicious tapas. The gazpacho, hummus and the bread is especially recommendable. The tapas is a bit pricy compared to other tapas bars in Málaga, but it is worth alle the money.

Nice place - Edit
Nice place to go for tapas! A lot of options are actually vegan, or they can be made vegan by skipping cheese etc.

nice location but food was hit and miss - Edit
I was not impressed by the burger or soups. Juice was good. Asian options were by far the best tasting and fulfilling on the menu.

Quite good - Edit
We had a fantastic burger and a delicious home made seitan noodles, but we had to return the first order (the curry) whose sauce didn't taste very fresh. Yet the service was excellent and they changed our dish immediately when we reported the issue.

Make Your Bid for Astrid - Edit
Really great little place. Cool decor with refurbished tables and chairs that you use also for sale. A pretty good selection of veggie dishes and the staff who served us were clearly aware and able to advise on ingredients.

Returned here on another visit to Malaga over new year 2016/17. We were equally pleased with the selection of menu options and enjoyable fresh food. Though it didn't seem as if the cool tables and chairs were on sale any longer. Definitely still recommended.

Las veces que he ido el servicio ha sido muy lento. Me parece bastante caro respecto al tamaño de los platos. Por más que sean productos ecológicos no puedes dejarte diez pavos en una tosta y dos zumitos..

Small portions and expensive - Edit
The menu had only markings for vegetarian and two dishes were called vegan ... which made it hard to know what was vegan and what not. Besides that it appeared as if the waitress didn't know what vegan was. Two dishes about 7 euro each and I was still hungry. The food was however very tasty.

Wonderful and delicious food - Edit
I went to Astrid on my trip to Malaga , Spain last week . When we arrived they were just closing but they ssid no problem they would serve us. I am a vegan and had a great dinner. It was a vegetable curry that was sooo good! What a treat for me that i had a vegan lemon cake with lemon sorbet. The food was really inexpensive and good quality . It was an enjoyable last night of our Malaga vacation. Our server was great too!
