Great place, good food - Edit
Love what they are doing here with the messaging on the walls, community engagement and vegan kitchen too. It wasn’t my favourite dinner but glad i tried it and supported them.
Read moreI had the khao soi as i had to try it being in Northern Thailand. It was nice but not my favourite thing, the kefir was too acidic to really enjoy but overall a good experience here.
Summer rolls were a bit much but the dipping sauce was beautiful.

Great meal - Edit
Had an amazing Khao Soi here - first time trying this dish but I loved it. It was served very quickly and the drink was great too. Only thing to improve was that I had no fork/spoon just chopsticks!

Delicious - Edit
We came here twice during our 10 day stay in CM, conveniently located a 10 min walk if that from the Away vegan retreat hotel.
Read moreOn our first visit I had peanut butter n jelly French toast, my partner had tofu scramble, and we had strawberry n banana smoothies. All delicious,
On our second visit I had French toast w caramelised apple, my partner had massaman curry, and we also had PB&J smoothies. Very yummy!! My partner thought the massaman curry was good but not as good as Goodsouls (and also smaller portion)
Cute spot especially with the cushioned seating upstairs

A nice styled restaurant with great food! - Edit
I love the decoration and the menu was varied, although I chose the Pad Thai which tasted so good, I thought there may have been Thai fish sauce inside, but there was not! It was a great balance of flavours to get that authentic Pad Thai taste! Served with bean curd cubes which were good. To drink I had an excellent soya yoghurt mango lassi which was outstandingly yummy! Worth to try this restaurant!

Amazing food and service - Edit
The restaurant has an incredible story! Very nice staff that helped us pick the spice level of our meals. You can chose from 0 spicy to 5 which is very spicy. We had the BBQ Mushroom Burger and the Pea Flower Curry! It was incredible! It’s a bit more pricey but you get a great meal for it.

I had the Khao Soi and Iced Thai Mylk Tea, delicious! I love the crunchy noodles in the Khao Soi! Little bit more pricey then some other places, but thats mainly for the western food options.

This is a super popular place so you might have to wait for a table! The food was good and plentiful but a little expensive compared to other places. The PB French toast was excellent!!!

There were options that were gluten free, mushroom free and tofu free all at the same time. Also that they used local produce with traditional options.

The breakfast and Thai tea with mylk was delicious! Will definitely come back here again. Cute, relaxing atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. It’s usually pretty packed, but there is seating upstairs, if the first floor it full. Free drinking water and wifi.

Nice cafe but eggs disappointing - Edit
We had a nice lunch at Asa. It’s fairly low key but pleasant. We had trouble choosing from the menu but to start off I went all out and ordered and PB&J shake, which needless to say was impossible to suck through the straw and I ended up adding some of my companions iced chai to make it drinkable. It was delicious and decadent. We ordered from a number of sections on the menu: salad - tuna salad; Thai dishes - tofu and holy basil; and breakfast - scrambled eggs. The tofu was tasty and spicy. The salad was good too but we weren’t quite sure how to eat it, with a huge bunch of vegetables surrounding a small pile of tuna. Like fi you it’s it all together or dip individual verges into the salmon. Neither quite worked. The eggs were the most disappointing, not eggy at all and more like a dahl or purée without a great flavour. I generally like this place, the food and what it stands for but I’ll have to mark it down for the eggs. #Veganuary

Unexpectedly special - Edit
At first glance the place has no special appeal, but don’t be fooled by first impression, their food is exceptional, the presentation is appetizing and you need to check out the second floor seating area (they also have a yoga studio up there), so beautiful and calm. I hade the fresh rolls and tempeh krapao, both were fresh, delicious and perfectly flavored. Highly recommend. Food came out fast and service was very good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
