Fabulous - Edit
I really enjoyed this meal. I got a masala dosa and it was spectacular. The potatoes were my favorite side.

Yum! - Edit
I've never had dosa before, but I would definitely have it again after trying this place! The "65" dosa wrap was a bit spicy but delicious.

UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS - Edit
I’ve eaten a lot of dosas in my life, and the 65 was up there for one of the most delicious and definitely the most unique! Can’t wait to try the ramen Dosa next

So delicious - Edit
Got the "65" dosa with a side of biryani. The wrap was flaky and crispy, flavors were out of this world. I was full but I had to go back and get another so I ordered the "Ramen" (also a wrap).

decent but not outstanding - Edit
I'm not sure I get the hype.
Read moreI got the Mysore Masala Dosa (which, strangely, is available only as wrap, not a platter).
The dosa itself was pretty oily.
The "Mysore" part is supposed to be a hot spread; there was the spread, but it added no heat *in the slightest*. (The pieces without it tasted no different from those with.)
The dosa came with two chutneys, chili powder (milagai podi), and a sambar. The first three were fine; the sambar was watery and bland.
It's nice to have a good veggie option in the middle of the loop, and the Revival Food Hall is fun (and convenient for groups with mixed tastes), but this place is just okay.
This isn't a "this isn't authentic" rant: dosas are native food for me, so I sure know what authentic is, but I think authenticity is not very interesting and often just used as a cudgel. I've had my share of dosas in the US that may not be entirely "authentic" but were great anyway. This just wasn't one of them. It's decent. Not more.
Pros: some variety, convenient location, food hall is great for groups
Cons: food is only decent, a bit expensive for what it is

I LOVE ART OF DOSA!!! - Edit
I've been going to the Art of Dosa booth at Veggiesfest for 12 years and I was so excited when I heard that they were opening in Chicago. The food is SO TASTY and happens to be 100% vegan & gluten-free. I've had dosas all over the world and they make THE BEST DOSAS I have ever tried in the world. If you've never had a masala dosa you are missing out. My personal favorites are the Chicken 65 wrap and the Masala Dosa - and don't forget the coconut chutney - super delish. Good people!
