Lovely setting and excellent fried rice - Edit
We were getting the train from Alor Setar to KL and this place was just a 15 minute walk away. It's a lovely airy café that keeps on going back, and we sat in the front near the counter.

We both had the Thai fried rice with soy meat nuggets which was the recommended option on the fried rice page. It was really tasty, with a flavour that reminded us both of Thai red curry paste. The fake chicken was excellent and had a taste and texture like chicken dippers which were a childhood favourite. I'd recommend this option, but the menu was packed with tasty-looking dishes so I don't think you could go far wrong here.

We really enjoyed our evening meal. The tea (large pot) was expensive compared to the food but was definitely worth it. My laksa was full of flavour and fresh lettuce. My husband had a great mushroom curry with brown rice. Best food so far and by far the most choice compared to vegetarian options in any of the mall restaurants.
