Vegan restaurant est. since 2017. Offers pay-by-weight lunch and burgers and Brazilian dishes at dinner. Example of food include seitan stroganoff, heart of palm bobo, grilled seitan (churrasco), pot pies (empadinhas), pizza, and risoles. Next door is its bakery. Previously also operated a food truck but now is focused on the restaurant. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-3:00pm, Mon-Thu 5:00pm-10:30pm, Sun 11:00am-3:00pm. Closed Sat.

I've known this place since I started a plant based diet two years ago. Everything is vegan, things might look or taste similar to animal products but IT'S ALL VEGAN. The food is absolutely wonderful and typical of Brazil.

So, to anyone out there who does not feel comfortable visiting this establishment because of the post bellow, rest assured that it only offers 100% vegan products of excellent quality. But do take notice that they use soy in several products as well, though not all.

Vegan food in Brasília tended to either come from individual entrepreneurs or small establishments. The entrepreneurs usually have mobility and scale issues, whereas the establishments tend to slack on price or selection (more ovo-lacto options). Apetit Natural finally brings affordable (R$ 40/kg), varied, and 100% vegan food to Brasília. The bbq seitan (churrasco) always comes bursting with flavor, and their savory pastries (empadinhas, rocamboles, pizzas, pastéis) also capture the best of Brazilian food. Of course, you'll also get the traditional rice and beans and a varied salad display, but I'd go for the daily specials. Not to mention the desserts, which have a slightly healthy appeal, with many fruits and careful arrangements. After all, you don't eat out what you can cook at home, right?
