Really nice vegan restaurant in Lille owned by the same family as Vegetal et Vous across the street.

They change the menu really often to follow the season vegetables.
The portion are a little too small for my appetite... Except for the dessert (maybe too big😜).
The atmosphere is really nice, clean, cosy, welcoming :)
The staff is really friendly.
A little bit too expensive for the quantity of food...
You can have starter + main dish + dessert for 19.90€ which is still reasonable :)

J’ai trouvé le service très attentionné pour ce brunch du dimanche. Je pensais vraiment être déçu au départ en voyant la taille des tout petit plat arrivé mais il faut savoir être patient avant d’avoir tous les accompagnements servis. Ravie d’avoir tous les gâteaux en dessert. J’ai pas réussi à les terminer. Une boîte nous as permis de les emporter.

I went to Annie's kitchen some time ago and I've been looking forward to bring my mother (an irreductible meat eater...) along since then. I haven't managed to convince her yet, but I feel like this place is a great one to have non veg understand how filling and hearty vegetal cuisine can be. The food is honest, without pretention (meaning it is tasty, favors flavors over fanciness AND you have enough to eat, which is sadly not always the case in veg restaurants...). I appreciate how they change their menu often and how they try to recreate traditional cuisine from the plant based point of view. To stay short, my general feeling when I got out of the restaurant was something like deep gratefulness for this place to exist as to demonstrate that vegans are not weird hippies eating grass (we're in france don't forget, so some people do think that), and hope that this kind of restaurants exist in other parts of france + that some people manage to take non vegs with them to eat there!

Cosy restaurant offering traditional favorites as vegan options. Menu changes every month but that’s great as you can always find something different. Desserts change daily and always taste great (particularly the donuts). A special brunch each month gives a twist on international cuisine. I must have been 5 times since it opened this year and each time I leave very happy. - Finally a restaurant that truly caters for vegans.

Lovely lunch place. Had a 3 course lunch for only 19.50. Very big portion. Dessert was very tasty as well! The only negative comment I could think of is that They unfortunately arent open for dinner as well.

Everything is great at Annie’s kitchen: the atmosphere is cozy, the food is amazing and handmade (their vegan fish and chips is to die for!), and the prices are moderate. If you are in Lille and want tasty vegan food, this is the place for you! You might need to book in advance as some days are fully booked.

Annie's kitchen does not show clearly that everything is vegan which is good to attract non vegans however I find it quite expensive for the quantity they serve.
Read moreOn the menu , main courses: you have choices between "no fish and chips" (fried breaded tofu& algae+french fries), ramen bowl (noodles and veggies) and stir fry (which is the one I took - that was the only gluten free options for celiac disease). They all cost 12,90euros.
12,90 euros for a plate of white rice with stir fry veggies...I'm quite disappointed for that price! I'd love to encourage vegan new restaurant but come oooon!
Service is good and owner is friendly.
This restaurant just opened on April 6th so I guess they just try to figure it out and make it work.
Pros: Location, Vegan restaurant in Lille, Romantic Chic decoration for romantic people
